Sakuya is the driving force of Lucifer. He has an incredible presence, and all the girls love him. He is passionate about the band, and works hard to make it a success. The moment he sees Aine-chan, he exhibits his very domineering personality. He knows what he wants, and goes after it. He knew right away that he wanted Aine-chan, and she was no match for his strong personality. He can be moody, and is very possessive of Aine-chan. He will not have her seeing other guys. When she IS around other guys, he can get very jealous. He loves her very much and always worries about her, and wants to be sure she is safe. Sakuya wants Aine to be with him always. Despite the obvious affection he feels for Aine, I think he can be pretty intimidating. Sakuya has naturally blue eyes that startle people when they first meet him. Most people think they are blue contact lenses. Sakuya is actually half white. One evening his mother, who was married to a handsome Japanese man, was raped by a foreigner named Rupert. She soon found herself pregnant, and, not knowing if the child was her husband's or the product of the rape, she decided to keep the child. When Sakuya was born, they thought perhaps he was her husband's child, but then Sakuya's eyes turned blue, and the truth was discovered. The truth ended up causing his parents to get divorced. Sakuya is the half-brother of Ralph, the man in charge of Metro Records.

Yukifumi "Yuki" Toudou

Age: 24
Yuki is one of the founders of Lucifer, and is the one who decided on the band's name. He knows good musical talent when he hears it, and was a major part of recruiting members into the band. He is usually calm and collected, but he cares a great deal about the group. He's also very suave. Yuki was the heir to a family of Noh performers, an ancient, traditional, Japanese theater style. Yuki's father put great pressure on him to continue the family art, even though his heart longed to devote all time to Lucifer. His family obligations are great, yet Yuki manages to live under the strain. Yuki is the only member of Lucifer who is married! His wife is named Maria, and he has a little son name Yukihiko.

Atsuro went to school with Towa, and they were good friends. They joined the same band together, and were recruited by Yuki to join Lucifer at the same time. Atsuro has a secret girlfriend that he doesn't tell anyone about until later in the series. Atsuro is in love with his older sister Yuka-chan! How shocking! However they are not actually related by blood. But they did grow up together, so when they started their relationship, it was a bit strange at first, so they decided to keep it hidden. It is still freaky though, how he still calls her 'ne-chan!' Aine is the first to find out Atsuro and Yuka's secret. She tries to keep quiet about it, but Sakuya doesn't like her keeping secrets, and they end up telling him. Atsuro ends up telling the rest of Lucifer.

Kazuto was a classmate of Atsuro's. All through school, Kazuto was mistaken for a girl because of his good looks. He always had people confessing their love to him (both male and female!). However the one Kazuto loves is his childhood friend named Miya. They knew each other for as long as he could remember, yet they had always been just friends. After Kazuto got older, and was getting all this attention because of his looks, he still could not bring himself to confess to Miya how he felt. Then Kazuto and Atsuro get their chance to play in a band. Miya does Kazuto's makeup for him, and everyone is stunned at how beautiful he looks. After their first show, they meet Yukifumi, the member of the popular band called "Crime". Yuki is interested in Kazuto and Atsuro, and wants them to join a new band he is forming called "Lucifer". This is great news! Even better is later that evening when Kazuto and Miya finally confess their love for each other! She had always cared for him just like he loved her! To this day, Miya does Kazuto's makeup, even after he changes his name to Towa and joins the soon-to-be-famous group Lucifer!

Yoshihiko "Santa" Nagai

Santa is a fun guy! He is what I like to call the 'baka boy' of Lucifer. He has a short fuse, and can get riled up and enthusiastic about things. Not really in a violent way, but in an emotional or over-excited way. Santa and Yuki are the ones who first decided to form Lucifer. Santa was in a different band before, but after discovering his girlfriend (the vocalist of that group) in the arms of another guy, he left that band and joined Λucifer. Santa can get jealous and competitive, but not in such a threatening way as Sakuya can get. And as worked up as Santa gets emotionally, he can also just as quickly crash down and be sorry for how he has behaved. He can show reason, you just have to knock it into him sometimes.

Kyomi is the younger cousin of Kazuto 'Towa' Sakuma. She is the lyricist, vocalist & lead guitarist of the band called Death's Angels. She dresses in the style of a punk rocker for preformances. She is the only one that Kotoko ever speaks to. Her personality is one of a typical shy schoolgirl. She goes to school with Aine-chan & is also one of her good friends. At school she goes by the name Kyomi Sakaki so that she wont get questioned by her schoolmates.

Age: 21
Kotoko is known as 'Death's Geisha' in the band Death's Angels. She doesn't talk to anyone other than the vocalist Kyomi because it gives her an air of mysteriousness to her fans but it's also because she has a hard time trusting people. Kotoko has a very traumatic past that she refuses to share with anyone other than Kyomi since the young schoolgirl reminds her of herself before she was 'tainted'. She dresses in 'altered' kimonos when preforming; altered meaning the hem is only four inches from the bottom of her hip, this makes for easy movements. She also plays her base with an unusual pick, it's actually a shamisen pick.

Loki is the guitarist for Death's Angels. She acts very much like a child, but when she is on stage she changes, becomming more cold and more like the 'trickster' woman she really is. She is best friends with Doki & often sticks up for her when she gets made fun of. She has a serious crush on the drummer of Lucifer, Santa and upon sighting him will blush, swoon and even tackle him to the ground!

Age: 23
Doki is Yukifumi Toudou's childhood friend. Doki has what is called G.C.D. or Gender Confusion Disorder and ever since she was 13 she felt that she was a female born in a male's body. She absolutely hates being referred to as a man and often gets into fights because of people calling her by anything other than feminine demonstrative pronouns such as she or her. To those around her that don't know her, she is a straight male but to those who know her & to herself, she is a lesbian. She plays the drums in Death's Angels and always dresses in Victorian Aristocrat style complete with top hat & a cane that holds her drumsticks. Her style though has 'demonic' influences to it because she wears bat wings & pointed ears.

Aine-chan is a timid, shy girl who isn't very good at most of her school subjects except for Japanese. She doesn't seem to have many friends at school. One day when on her way to enter some song lyrics into a song competition, she is almost run over by a guy in a red ferrari. It's Sakuya, lead singer of Lucifer. He sees Aine-chan and immediately claims her as HIS. He gives her a pass to the next Lucifer concert, and pockets the lyrics for himself. Aine is very intimidated by Sakuya. His actions are very bold and sexual, and Aine can barely keep up with him. She will occasionally assert her opinions, but Sakuya is the one in charge. He helps Aine with 'inspiration' for her sexy song lyrics. One of her good friends is the lead singer to her own boyfriend's rival band however, and the poor girl has no clue!
