Let me start of by saying, I love the dark halo. I think it is brilliant and will benefit users for years to come. It was a great idea, and the eye of the demon leaves me tingling with excitement over future items biggrin
I, in no way ever wanted an Angelic Halo.
However, with this release you managed to annoy users with the ripoff of Horns of the Demon and the devil tail. These new horns, come with Gino-ish eyebrows that come with it, make it less of an obnoxious ripoff IMO.
Now, onto the Dark tail, Im sure there are people happy to get them, but you just released a knockoff of the Devil Tail last month!
The Chain of command, had a point, when I feel a Mace-type ball would have suited it much more. It makes me sad that such a flagrant ripoff (the dark tail), could have been made within such a short period of time to the Chain of Command. Both oddly resemble a devil tail, but the dark tail pushed me over the edge.
The first such knockoff (of which I completley support) came with the whips in August 2005. At the end of the whips is a point. When it was released it was soon pointed out to resemble a devil tail.
Since it was a different color, and was mostly used to resemble a whip, I have no problems with it.
Unlike the dark tail, which comes with side armour, which I feel only accent the tail.
So far we have seen 03 recreations. The Halo, Devil tail, Minis and Scarves (to an extent). I feel the dark halo was a good enough release on its own, we did not need other poses, we would have been happy with that alone.
So, Where are our Headphones? Nothing has been released to that extent. Sure we have Zony's, but those only accent headphones- its not a ripoff. I suggest you make them go over the head, instead of behind. That wouldnt go againts your values, would it? Since you made a devil tail in a different position.
I'd like them next month please, we are long overdue for them.

Think of Horns of the Demon/Devil Tail and Mp3/Headphones. They are not the same item, only matching items. I am just pointing out that if they are going to make releases of every 03 item, they might as well be fair about it. There hasnt been headphones yet, only items to match them. People with tails got screwed, Halos got screwed, Bear hats got scrwewed, headphones need to take a fall too. Which reminds me, We need a sash knockoff too. I hate the sash, but equal opportunity is needed.
So you're saying since you got screwed so bad because there's an item that looks similar to yours, and now people aren't going to be questing for months at a time to buy YOUR tail you EXPECT Gaia to create a new version of the headphones so other people can feel your pain. Sorry that you worked to get your d-tail, and now users who joined a few months ago are going to have an easier time to get it. Considering at this rate it would be near impossible for a Gaian who joined a few months ago to get a d-tail. I'm not saying they shouldn't get a new pair of headphones, I would love some, but your reasoning for them to do it don't onlny seem selfish but also jealous.
I dont want a sash, yet I think a new one should be released. They already released a knockoff of the devil tail, twice. I cant do anything about that.
Every 03 item (with the exception of the sash and scaves, which is arguable with store scraves and the CN scarf) have been recreated. I think its only fair that if they are going to make knockoffs, they need to do it for every item. I even think the coco shouldnt have been released! It was a re-coloration. end of story.
Think about what you said... " Its near impossible for a Gaian who joined a few months ago to get a d-tail" I can easily turn that around for headphones too. I cant help that the one item they havent knocked off is an item I am questing. It just happens to be a coincidence.
