Um...maybe you need to become a bit more familiar with what anarchists propose before you attack what you perceive to be their position -- because what you're attacking here isn't what anarchists propose. Anarchism is the rejection of
hierarchy and domination, not organization per se (in most cases).
No matter what you do, there will always be some form of hierarchy and plenty of domination. In this case, if you abolish the government (and along with it, the justice system), the people who will dominate will be the criminals. Eventually, people will get sick of it and start practicing some vigilante justice and band together. As with every imaginable situation in which a group of humans are involved,
leaders emerge, as do laws or rules.
If I tell someone that they can't go around murdering people and I enforce that rule, that is a form of domination. Frankly, that's not necessarily a terrible thing.
