GOING SUBCULTURE

Two tonberries are being auctioned off simultaneously - a punk!berree and a goth!berree. The lineart for these two will never be used again, though they will only be sold in the adult stage. Details in the posts below. Both auctions will begin June 8th at 8PM ESTand end on June 12th at 8PM EST.

AUCTION RULES

1. While I believe that STEALING ARTWORK is a sincere form of flattery, I will not hesitate to report the person that feels they can take it without paying for it.

2. Be nice to the people bidding, even if you, yourself, cannot bid anymore. There's nothing more annoying than a sore loser. Don't discuss your potential funds prior to using them for a bid. It discourages people.

3. I cannot be at the computer 24 hours a day. If you bid and I don't see it within ten minutes, two hours, or even half a day, you are STILL not allowed to retract your bid. If you do, you won't be allowed to bid anymore in any of my auctions. I will get to your bid when I see it. On that note, don't bid what you don't have. Make sure you know gold denominations. 1K is not the same as 1 Gold. 1K means 1000 Gold.

4. PLEASE make sure you read back and make sure that you're offering the next highest bid if you choose to bid. Don't always rely on the subject line! Lurkers in the thread are welcome to post the high bid instead of the word 'bump' if they want to. I'd appreciate it.

5. For bids, I accept pure gold (of course!) All donation items/envelopes from 2004 and 2005 at mid TEH_GUIDE, and all kimonos at store value. Please calculate your bids yourself using NON-INFLATED mid TEH_GUIDE, then I will check them. I will also accept bids of event items, the value of which calculates ABOVE 10K. Any 2003 donation item is an autobuy, a devil tail most of all.

6. Please don't use the following emotes: scream gonk sweatdrop crying when you're bidding. If you're outbid, step back gracefully and allow the auction to continue. Don't intimidate the other people in the auction, and don't be a 'sore winner.' That is, if you're able to bid a considerable amount, don't rub it in people's faces.

7. Don't PM me asking if I will give you the Tonberree for free. (Y'know, I wouldn't have to make this rule if it hadn't happened before!) The answer will be no, and you'll be asked not to attend anymore shop events, including flatsales.

8. The auction will start at their specified times as indicated by the timetable. Please check the 'auction block' post, which is the last post on this page, to see if the auction is open. If it says CLOSED in big red letters, it's not, so don't bid. If it's open, feel free! If you want to participate in the auction, you must have bid or shown interest before the last 24 hours of each one. This is a snipe guard.

9. Also to prevent sniping, there will be a half hour wait before the end of the auction if a bid is placed within ten minutes of the closing time of each auction.

10. Use your common sense when bidding and participating in this auction. If it's not here, but it's fairly common elsewhere and well understood, just don't do it. If you're not sure, then ask.
