I prefer that you send a trade for the whole amount when you have placed your order for a drawing.

I recieve it and except it. And when the drawing is done you complete the trade.

5. Commissions of the month:

As mentioned in the intro, I only take 3 commissions a month.
So when these 3 spots are reserved you'll just have to wait for the next month to come.

By now I'm guessing you've figured that when you request a drawing you'll recieve it within the end of the month you ordered it.

When I start a drawing I usually don't use more than 1 or 2 days to finish it. But since I'm a busy bee, it's hard to predict how each day is gonna turn out. And some days I just don't feel inspired. Therefor I give myself a deadline of 30 days.
