May 30th, 2006 : Hello, all of you Gaians. Let me introduce myself. I am Keig and am here to help you in any way I can. Gaia is a great source of fun, but it is a very hard site to earn gold and gain your profits. Well, I'm here to help with my random giveaways, contests, and all that jazz.

So first question is: Why? Why is this freak starting a charity?
And my answer would have to be: I am a very generous person and am willing to help you with your charity. I do not ask for donations. Meaning: All donations are completely voluntary. This thread is not about my profit, it is about yours. Beside, I have more than enough to hold this baby up for a long while.

Now there will be rules and things that you have to do in my part. Those will be explained in later threads. They have nothing to do with my own gain so don't worry.

June 03, 2006 : My friend is moving away today across half of the country so I probably won't be in the best mood which is why I am not accepting any further applications for donations just yet. Instead, I will donate this time to things like contests and when I return from the airport, I will put up a lot more for you guys. I'm sorry if I am snappy or short-tempered. It really is nothing personal. I just miss my friend is all and I'm not angry with you if I act like it.

Rules

- Under no circumstances will I allow you to PM me asking me for gold. Below this post you will find forms for you to fill out and by posting those forms, I expect you to fill them out.
- Under no circumstances will you beg any users you find in this forum for gold.
- Nor flaming anybody! No flaming me if your proposal was not accepted, no flaming others for any reasons you may harbor.
- Please don't allow your quotes to get absurdly large or I will ask you to leave my thread.
- No complaining if you did not receive a donation as large as you wanted. I will not donate 10k to you for no reason.
- I expect you to be able to have a good dose of grammar. You may use some chat speak but no disgusting amount of it or I will ask you to leave.
- I expect to be thanked after I offer you a donation. Any kind. It does not have to be gold obviously.
- If I ever suspect you of having a mule account, I will report you to the mods and not accept any of your forms.
- I'm going to emphasize this one. DO NOT STRETCH MY PAGE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! I despise stretched thread pages and if you are responsible, I will ask you to leave until I collect my frustration.
- I FULLY expect you to follow all of the Gaia Online Rules and Guidelines. If you break any of those, I will ask you to leave.

Contests

Every month there will be a fun Contest! I expect you to be very active in this thread and I will choose from active people to be put into the list of people to win a fabulous prize. So basically, if I recognize you for being active, you will be rewarded, hopefully. I will not accept any cheating.

Writing Contest
Reward: 100,000g
Deadline: Friday, June 9th - 12:00 PM EST

There will be a writing contest where you will write me short stories!

Rules

1. The entry must be no shorter than a page and no longer than two.
2. The story must have good spelling and grammar.
3. It may not be above a PG rating.
4. Use good punctuation.
5. Have fun with it!
6. What must be in the story:
- The story must be funny.
- The main charater must have blue hair.
- You must include the words "peripeteia", "flabbergasted", and "worm".
- The story must have a plot.
- There must be a rabid monkey involved.

Art Contest
Reward: 25,000g

I've decided to hold an art contest because it will cheet me up seeing the different good and bad art pieces. (Haha!) Anyway, I want it to be of a person standing in the park. Now it can be at night, it can be at day, for all I care, it can be in the Twilight Zone. Now, they must be wearing any type of gloves. That's my only rule. Any type of gloves. Don't forget to sign your work. Deadline is TBA.

Well...it is a quest but it's below 15k...so...

Why do you deserve to be donated to? : I'm a prettygood member. I don't spend all of my time in Chatterbox, and I was once conned out of more then 3.5k and the guy used anoter account...so I couldn't report him stare
Amount of gold you have : I have 3,801 gold and I'm questing for the #603913 Complex Jacket which is 9,131 gold and the Black Leather Belt which is which is 1,675 gold.

Why do you deserve to be donated to? : I honestly really have no reason. I just finished my latest quest for a few of the less expensive items I liked on gaia, the latest being an xl gaia tshirt. I'm just starting up a nitemare scarf quest, but since I only started today I obviously can't qualify as a quester. My thread is a couple months old though and I am using it for all of my quests. Many of my posts are bumps, but a good chunk of them are conversations too. I'm not seriously questing for the scarf yet, since I am mostly hanging around/helping out at the Donation Fairy Charity too. Hopefully I can get a bit of gold to help out there at this thread, but I'm not applying as a charity because I am not officially on the staff.
