Thoughts from one of the regulars:
For those who care... The reason I started a new thread is not that complex. I have a big problem blocking people for just being themselves. We'll there are a tiny amount of regulars here that managed to alienate my mate and myself as well from my own thread. If you read the thread carefully (at least past page 1000...) you can tell that as they became more prominant here, first Misty disappeared, then I followed her as well.
Yesterday (the 27th) I blamed it on a cliche-like attitude... We'll cliches are both good and bad. They are good for those who belong, and bad for everyone else. In some sense they are bad for those who belong becasue they can be lead to loss of self as you strive to continue to belong. Well... I was really lieing to myself when I said that. The cliche was nice.. for the most part. What set me off was the few that had to find fault in EVERYONE that was not part of the cliche. Anyone who wandered in and didnt fit well was chased away. Well, that is what the real reason for my moving on was and I'm sorry if it hurt those that are not to blame.
My new thread is there and all are welcome. However, I wont tolerate the bad atitudes that killed this thread for the three times it died. I will just simply block folks that seem to like to overly judge others and make the new folks feel unwelcome.
