Hello and welcome to the world of the Avatar. It has been nearly a century since Avatar Aang destroyed fire Lord Ozai. And now the world is at peace, or so it seems...
In the shadows of the great mountains of the cresent isle there resides an evil sorcerer named Durock, who has descovered the portal to the Dark world. Durock plans to use his powers to take over both worlds, but two things stand in his way, The Avatar, and the Anti Avatar. But can these two opposites actually work together to help save their worlds?

Metal benders / (can control most metals, some can control all metals, very few can control iron and zinc)
Shadow benders/ (Also known as spirit benders, these benders have phychic abilities, can form shadows, can mentaly conect to others, can create a dark fog around them, they also can move their spirit and their body will follow making it confusing to attack)
Sound benders/ (Can shatter things with concetrated sound waves, can hear beyond human abilities, can 'see' with thier ears)
Fire benders (Can control fire, and lightning, can also create the Arora flare, (ask me about it), when properly trianed in the color fire way. )
Earth benders (Can control organic substainses)
Water benders (Can control anything water)
Air benders (Can control anything air, and move at supper speeds)

Bio: Ziren got her name from her father Ziren Metal Lord, she was put through hellish training and was always put down in order to become stronger. She was taught that emotions where a weakness and that you had to be stronger than you where. With such a harsh training it's no wonder she killed her parents at the age of ten. She was then put to the care of her even cruler brother, Lord Daikon, the second in place for the throne after her. Daikon was jelous of his little sister, and scentanced her to death, but she escaped through the mirrior and heard of Durocks plans to take over.

Ziren looked out over the darkened mountains of Heavan, this place was a livable hell. There where never any blue skies, just black foggy air. The sun barely shown through the dark clouds, but it was enough to see through. "You are the Pheonix my daughter, you will reign in my place and never let anyone best you. You must be powerful, emotions are useless unless it's the one emotion that can unleash the demon inside."
Her fauthers words rung in her head like a gong. "The portal is opening, I can destroy the monster who trapped me here. The water, air, fire, earth bender. The Avatar." she whispered to herself when she noticed the seal was breaking. Ziren stood up, her metal armour added about two hundered extra pounds to her, but this was light compared to what she normaly had to wear at the palace. She looked down to her old home, Daikon had already began to make it his own. "You'll pay my brother, you don't know what I am." she smirked.
