___An Introduction___
Being a teenager is hard enough. But being a teenager, AND a mutant? That's what most of the students of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters have to deal with everyday. For some, however, it's better than what they had before they got here. In a world where mutants are treated with suspicion at best, and open hostility at worst, they have to stick together. One of the things that Xavier's teaches, however, is that if mutants are ever to overcome the prevailing stereotypes, they must learn to treat all of humanity equally, both mutant and non-mutant alike.
However, not all young mutants share this view. They usually end up joining the Brotherhood, a group of mutants who believe that they are above humans, and should not have to bow down before anyone. Some people label them as evil. Some label them as misunderstood. Some don't really care.
So, what's it going to be? Will you join Xavier's, and try to make the world a better place? Or will you hook up with the Brotherhood, and do whatever the hell you want?
In the end, whose side are you on?

___How Do I Join?___
In order to be considered for acceptance into the guild, it is required that the following information be included in your Join Request.
For a quick rundown on what we're looking for and not looking for in an application, please see Applications 101 for a few examples.
Character Name: (Your character's first and last name)
Alias: (What your character is called to protect his/her identity on missions)
Ability: (Please browse the The Character Directory to make sure your mutant ability has not been taken. If it has already been taken, then you will have to come up with something different. No super-powerful characters are allowed.)
Side: (X-Men, Brotherhood, or Loner)
RP Sample: (REQUIRED!! Must be in the traditional RP format: 3rd person perspective, past tense narrative. No symbols for actions allowed.)
If any of the above information is missing from your request, it will be declined.
