Welcome to the world of Udora, a fantasy land far far away.... (cue Star Wars music)... In Udora, there are many creatures, both short and tall, things like goblins, Drolvens, demons, doppelgangers, vampires and elves, plus a lot more!! And now you can adopt them to roleplay and look after!!

Hiring Inkers and Colourists!!!

I am currently looking for digital or traditional inkers to ink the Swatty Elementals. If you are interested, please post in this thread or my Guild (go to the Roleplay section to see info) asking for the job. Also, if you are a good to amazing CG colourists, I might hire you too!

8. Be semi-literate, please. No using numbers in subsatute for letters, unless for added humour.
9. Dedicated bumpers/lurkers may be rewarded!!

In Udora, there are many types of species. Here are the most common ones and the ones you can adopt!

NORMAL SPECIES:
COMMON

Goblins

Goblins are the most common species on Udora. Strong, with an amazing endurance, most Goblins decide to become warriors, but surprisingly they are not all as bloodthirsty and horrible as you may think.

Elves

Elves are the second most common. Graceful and intelligent at all that they do, elves are the main backbone of Udora, running most of the government, towns and laws.

UNCOMMON

Pendragons

Pendragons are uncommon creatures. A strange cross between Elf and Dragon - with Elf genes more prominent - a pendragon is swift, strong and smart. They are also notoriously known as shifty merchants.

Tharkdragons

A Tharkdragon is similar to a Pendragon, a cross between a Elf and Dragon, but this time with more Dragon genes. Thus this makes the Tharkdragon more like an Anthro species than anything else. The Tharks mainly keep to themselves, but are mainly known as engineers.

Vampires

Vampires are a hybrid of a Dark Elemental Elf (known as a Drow) and an animal (mostly a vampire bat, but sometimes another type of carnivore if lucky). They lurk around in the night, avoiding other creatures apart from those they feed on. Shunned from society, you will rarely find them in a City or Town.

RARE

Angels

Angels are a rare breed of creatures. They come in mainly different species, depending on what kind of creature they were before (eg. you can have a Goblin Angel (a Goblin with special looks and feathered wings). They are revered by normal society. You can get a Angel in a special way, without paying as much as you normally do, too! (Around 2k to get one!!)

Demons

Demons are a lot like Angels. You can have a Demon Pendragon, etc. You can also get a Demon in a special way (hint: if you check out the Swatty section of the Guild, you might find out some things!!). Unlike Angel though, Demons are feared since they are generally thought of as evil.

Doppelgangers

Doppelgangers are evil. That much is said. A doppelganger is almost like a Shapeshifter; they can morph themselves into any living being at any time, at will. They are practical jokers, but highly dangerous. If they morph into somebody for a long while, their main goal becomes that of killing the real person and taking their spot. The good thing about doppelgangers, is that you can almost entirely customise their true form into any weird shape you want!

Drolvens

Drolven are probably the strangest creatures in Udora. Tall, thin and all around spooky, a Drolven is a cross between a Drow and a Demon. They come in many shapes and sizes, but their large, glowing white eyes are always a giveaway. They live in damp, swampy areas, and are avoided by lesser creatures. Dark, powerful, secrete, Drolven are not really evil, but violent and prone to drink off emotions of living things.

Blobs

Blobs are just like... well, blobs. With there large eyes, they are mainly nocternal.

VERY RARE

Demi-Gods

Demi-gods are the offspring of a God/Goddess and a mortal creature. Although not as powerful as a God/Goddess, they have special abilities that others do not have. They have incredible endurance, and though they can be killed, it is impossibly hard to do so. There are only limited spots for Demi-Gods. A Demi-God MUST be based off another species, but are customisable in the way that you can add horns, wings, tentacles, squid-like faces, etc.

Gods and Goddess

There are only 4 gods that Gaia users can create, and those spots are in danger of going all the time. Gods are FULLY customisable (you can add anything you want on them, have them look like anything) and if you get a god, you instantly become a moderator in the Guild. And if you pay 2.5k to me (Alfred_Baramender) I will create your very own land and domain, which you can rule over! You can create your own religion, lands, and perhaps even Swatty Elementals!!

HYBRIDS

Hybrids

A hybrid Swatty is a similar species to that that is chosen. A hybrid is created by having to compatible elements (main and secondary) or breeding two different Swattys together (example, a Pendragon and a Drolven).

Element Hybrid

To make an element hybrid, you must first choose a normal species (say, an elf), and then two compatible elements (in this we'll use Earth and Dark). When you do get this elf Swatty, it will be a "Drow", otherwise known as a Dark Elf. If you have any questions about Elemental Hybrids, post them in the shop.

Breeding Hybrids

A breeding hybrid is created when you breed two different species together. As long as they're different, you are garentied to get a hybrid, though what features are not known. You'll just have to wish for the best (or coolest!!). Any questions are posting in the shop.

No pictures??!

Hybrids are not listed in the species, since they are fairly rare are there are to many to name. They are also not drawn in the sample sketches, so if you do end up breeding/getting a hybrid (I will PM you if you do), you will have to wait and see what it turns oout like!

Elements

So why are the Swatty Elementals called Swatty Elementals, I hear you ask? Simple. While you can get a custom Swatty based off a species, you must also choose which element your Swatty will be. The element effects the nature, abilities and appearence of your Swatty.

The elements appear as tattoos or markings on your Swatty. You can choose one main element (earth, water, air and fire) and a second element (dark or light). Example, you could choose a fire/dark Pendragon, perhaps changing it's skin colour to a darker tone, giving it a slightly evil appearence, and giving it fire like markings on body.

You MUST choose a main element. But if you don't want the element to affect your swatty much (or want it to change into a burning fireball), you can put (in the order form) whether you want it to be "invisible", "moderate" or "highly visible".

There are also the secondary elements, Dark and Light. These are optional at no price. Example, you can have an Elf with an Earth ME (main element) set to "invisible", and have a SE (secondary element) or dark set to "Highly Visible", giving you a "Drow" (hybrid species).

Custom Swattys are the main way to get a Swatty. I custom means that you fill in the form with details and/or reference pictures of what you want your Swatty to look like. Unless your getting a Doppelganger, Demi-God or God (all which can look like almost anything you want (PG-13)), it will be based around one of the species looks.

I am not doing Cosplays at the moment.

Roleplaying

Swattys are very much roleplay-able. In fact, it is advisable that you roleplay your Swatty at least once a week in the Guild "Weirdo's R Us" (where the Swatty sub-forums are located) if you don't want your Swatty to die, mutate or become feral! twisted
There are quite a few different roleplaying Swatty forums in WRU (the guild). There is the main "Swatty Elementals: the Community" sub-forum, where you can ask questions, let your Swattys hang out, do general roelplay with them and request to journey to a new land. Then there are a few more sub-forums, each dedicated to a different country (the 5 gods/goddesses are the mods of these lands). In a land, there's a storyline for each, cities, clans, armies, courts and many more things. The gods and demi-gods will post requestings of Swattys to journey to their land in the main sub-forum.
