Moony's eyes are
grey. Not blue, not green, not brown. Grey (or gray if you're feeling argumentative).
Moony's "normal" ears are
never exposed. She nearly always wears her portable stereo headphones. If the headphones do not suit her outfit or the theme of the picture (dressy, fantasy style, etc), she will have
elf ears, or her hair should be covering her ears.
Unless there's something else specified around her neck, it would be nice if she was wearing her
pearl necklace, but it's not mandatory. It was a silly joke gift from my best friend that I've grown oddly fond of and rarely take off unless it's being bumped by another item. He even gave me a real one for my birthday
heart This now also holds true for the plain white
pearl hairpin, as it was a continuation of the gag from the same friend.
As for her
hair, I've gone from the Wildflower to the Shuffle to now the Cropped. My avatar's hair tends to change with my RL hair, and currently it's pretty freaking short. Unless the avatar you're drawing is wearing a wig or has special hair, I would prefer the hair to be a very short, slightly messy pixie cut. If you want to improvise, or just need a good reference, please use this image as a base. The undies are just there to keep me decent! If you're drawing my undies, they do not need to be these particular ones. Also, please note the eye style has changed from a large, round, "innocent" style to an older, smaller look.
Modinatrix Moony
This is one of my favourite outfits, and has been since the day the Stealth stuff came out. Everyone seems to love it, hehe.
I like it when people experiment and get creative with this outfit. A few things to keep in mind though are that it should be either leather or vinyl, very slick and hard, but still
very sexy. Nothing lacy or frilly, please. Moony's body type is quite curvy, think buxom pinup superheroine, not lithe young girl.
Snow Fairy Moonblossom
Here is another avatar I'm very fond of. This is a very fantastical and pretty and sparkly outfit, should look very shoujo/magical/etc. Pretty and sensual is good, but not blatantly sexy. Anything icy and wintery is good here, surrounded by snowflakes, etc. Have fun with the theme! Her eyes should be icy blue, but still friendly and gentle, not cold and harsh. She has elf ears that are mostly covered by hair, but sometimes the tips peek out. If you're drawing her ears, she wears sparkly dangling earrings shaped like snowflakes.
Artemis
My name IRL is Diane - I was named after the greco-roman goddess of the Moon, and I am half-Greek. In Greek, her name is Artemis. If my grandmother had gotten her way, I probably would have ended up being named Artemis. Suffice to say, I identify very strongly with this deity, and the moon in general (hence my username). When the Chill of Artemis came out, I worked very strongly to get one, to build tihs avatar. She should look kind and gentle, but still very inwardly strong. I would love it if people played up the lunar theme here. Lots of moons and stars as decoration, replace the regular bow with a crescent moon shape, or even make her sitting on a curved crescent, like Sailormoon.
The Happy Zombie Housewife
This was my go-to avatar for the Halloween event, and I've fallen in love with her. She should look sweet and loving and a little bit addled, seeing as how her brain is currently up for dinner. The hearts aren't necessary, so if they don't suit your art style feel free to omit them. Under the apron should be a 50s-style coctail dress with crinoline, NOT the slimy labcoat. Something like this would be fab -

Kimonomoony
IRL, I collect kimono. I would love some art of my avatar in some of my real life kimono. Please note though, I am a stickler for authenticity and attention to detail in this category, unless you know something about kimono and kitsuke already or are able to work from a lot of very fussy references, it may not be the category for you. There is not a lot of room for artistic creativity in this one, but I would love some if they were well done.
Thank heaven for Pin-Up Girls
K, this is relatively straightforward. I want art of my base avatar in a classic pin-up style. Original outfits (corsets, boy shorts, garters, crazy lingerie, whatever), cute sexy poses, the whole bit. Not anime style, please. For reference, look up Vargas. This is the sort of style I would like.
Moony Muchaesque
This one's fairly complex, but allows for a lot of experimentation and artistic expression. I am a huge fan of the Art Nouveau movement, and the artwork of Alphonse Mucha in particular. Since I started collecting art, I've been amassing artworks of Moony in a style that evokes his works. I don't think I'll ever have enough of them. Heh.
