Bio: Angel first joined the X-Men with regular feather wings. On one mission, his wings were torn off, causing him into depression. One night he was approached by Apocalypse with an offer of a painful procedure that would give him his wings back. In his severe depression, Warren accepted the offer and went through the procedure, turning his skin blue and giving him pure adamantium wings. He worked for Apocalypse for a short time and then re-joined the Uncanny X-Men

Powers: Strong telepathy, she can read other�s mind and project her thoughts; she can also act as a buffer between multiple people so that they may all communicate through her mind with speech. Very handy whilst on missions.
Weapons: Her weapons are part of her, as her psionic blade is the total focus of her psychic powers. When an opponent is struck with it their brain will automatically shut down. She is also highly skilled in Martial Arts.
Bio: Born in Malden, England to a powerful legacy. Her twin brother, Brian, is Captain Britain. And their older brother Jamie has the ability to twist reality itself, he�s quite mad. When Brian relinquished the title of Captain Britain for a time, Betsy took up the mantle. Her first real fight was against a man named Slaymaster. She was injured severely and her eyes were removed by him. Her telepathy was her only means of sight for a long time. Shortly after she joined the new X-Men taking up the codename Psylocke, (during the time of Douglas Ramsey, Magma, and Warlock). Betsy was captured by an interdimensional being called Mojo, who gave her bionic eyes and controlled her. Once rescued she returned to the X-Men once again. An event had forced her and her companions to go through the Siege Perilous, which left her unconscious on the shores of Japan. She was found by the Hand, who planed to use her to help revive a young Japanese ninja named Kwannon. During this process the minds of the two women were shared equally between both bodies, same with their personalities and abilities. Making them just like Siamese twins in all but appearance. The British body (under the codename Revanche), which retained more of Kwannon�s personality became ravaged with the legacy virus (a disease that kills mutants, and also heightens their powers to a very dangerous level). Revanche returned to her lover in Japan and asked that he end her life for her. When Revanche died, every single part of her personality died within Psylocke, leaving her entirely in mind as Elisabeth Braddock. But because of this Elisabeth is forever trapped in the Asian body.

Name: Kevin Sydney a.k.a Morph
Age: 17(in this universe)
Powers: Morph is a mutant omnimorph composed of unstable molecules, which allow him to change into any shape. He can transform body parts and is a natural mimic of voices and sounds. He can also change his color to some extent (but not completely) and oftentimes will remain a paler version of the color he is trying to copy. Due to Morph's genetic make-up he is extremely durable and resistant to physical damage. He is much more susceptible to energy based attacks.

Bio: Morph has been succesful since his mutant abilities manifested in his early teens. Immediately able to control his powers, he hid his abilities from others. It was not until Professor Charles Xavier asked him to enter his mutant academy that Morph realized his own potential. Xavier made him a part of his young team of New Mutants. Morph quickly became a best friend to all of his teammates and, although he was not the group's official leader, he was looked upon as a trusted confidant. He even completed a degree in computer engineering during his time on the team.

Real Name: Kathren (Kitty) Pride a.k.a Shadowcat

Powers: Shadowcat has the ability to "Phase" her molecules, which lets her basicly pass through solid objects. She can also phase the molecules of others she touches.
Bio:
Growing up in Illionois, "Kitty" pride was recruited to the X-Men just after Jean Greys "Death". Professor X wanted to go back to the schools tradition of being a school, seeing as how all the X-Men were over 18. As Sprite, she basicly used her powers for self-defense (and to occassionaly peek in on Colossus, whom she had a crush on). She was one of Professor X's favorite students, being intelegent and optimistic all at once. However, her "sense" of fashion (if you can call it that) was the worst ever seen. She also eventualy changed her name to Ariel (and later Sprite). Ugh...
While trapped on the Brood homeworld, she befriended a tiny purple dragon that she named Lockheed, who would occasionaly appear and dissaper. Also durring this time when she thought she and the other X-Men were going to die, she confessed her full feelings for Colossus (the two had a mutual crush and even dated a few times) by aproaching him about (um... well, I hope there aint any youngins reading this, but...) having sex. He turned her down, saying she was too young. Incidently, they all made it out in one piece. Upon thier return to earth and saving professor X's life from a brood queen impregnation, The Professor made kitty consider joining the New Mutants, believing she needed better training. She proved him wrong when a N'Gari demon reared it's ugly head durring christmas time, and kitty, all alone in the mansion, kicked it's demonicly alien butt.
Taking the name Shadowcat, she was soon gravly injured at the hands of the Murauders durring the Mutant massacre. She began to phase out of existance, and along with Nightcrawler and Pheonix (Racheal Summers), she went to Muir island for treatment. The three joined forces with Captain Brittain and Meggan and formed Excalaber, a team of super-humans based in merry ol' England. After several exploits of no real importance (Except when Shadowcat recieved the "soul sword", the key to Belascos limbo, where Illyana was ruler once), Shadowcat became very efficient with her powers.
Recently, EXcalibure disbanded. Shadowcat, Along with Colosus and Nightcrawler, and helped to find Professor X, and decided to stay on the team.

Name: Jack a.k.a. Deadpool
Age: 21
Powers: Deadpool possesses a superhuman healing factor derived from that of the mutant Wolverine that allows him to regenerate damaged or destroyed areas of his cellular structure at a rate far greater than that of an ordinary human. The speed at which this healing factor works varies in direct proportion to the severity of the damage Deadpool suffers. This healing factor also affords Deadpool a virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs, as well as an enhanced resistance to diseases and an extended life span. Unlike Wolverine�s natural healing factor, Deadpool�s is mentally driven to a partial extent
Paraphernalia- Deadpool utilizes a teleportation device located in his belt to whisk him out of (and occasionally into) danger, as well as a holographic image inducer that he can use to disguise his true appearance as necessary.
Weapons- Deadpool employs any number of weapons depending on his current assignment. Most often he will utilize a combination of guns and blades.
Deadpool is an extraordinary hand-to-hand combatant and is skilled in several unarmed combat techniques. He is a master of assassination techniques, is an excellent marksman, and is highly skilled with bladed weapons. He is fluent in Japanese, German, Spanish, amongst other languages.
Bio: Following a brief stint of military service, the youth named Jack began his mercenary career while still in his late teens. Accepting assassination jobs only against those whom he felt deserved death, he made a habit of using plastic surgery and technology to take on a new identity whenever he failed an assignment. After one such failure, Jack was injured fleeing the wrath of his employers. He was found and nursed back to health by a young couple, Wade and Mercedes Wilson. Seeking to take over Wilson�s identity, Jack attacked him and left him for dead but accidentally killed Mercedes as well. Unhinged over murdering an innocent woman, Jack became convinced that he truly was Wade Wilson. Using that name, he returned to his mercenary activities.

Name: Bobby Drake a.k.a. Iceman
Age: 17
Powers: Iceman is able to lower his external and internal body temperature without harm to himself, thereby radiating intense cold from his body. Iceman is able to reach -105 degrees Fahrenheit within a few seconds, and is immune to sub-zero temperatures around him.
In addition, Iceman can freeze any moisture in the air around him into unusually hard ice, and thereby form simple objects such as slides, ladders, shields, and bats. Iceman can also augment his ice form with extraneous moisture to enhance his strength and durability, and can reshape his body's ice form at will by using any available moisture from his surrounding environment. Similarly, Iceman can rebuild his ice form if any part of it is broken or if it is shattered completely without suffering any permanent damage.
Previously, Iceman was able to transform his body into solid ice and back to human form at will. Recently, however, his body has since permanently transformed into solid ice as a result of a secondary mutation.
Iceman also possesses the potential to transport himself quickly over great distances through nearby flows of water by merging his body�s molecules with those of the stream.
Weapons: While they are his own creation, Iceman does create weapons made of ice. Usually these are limited to throwing spikes, or even snowballs.
Bio: Bobby Drake discovered his mutant power to create ice while in his early teens, yet kept his condition hidden from everyone but his parents. Initially, Bobby was unable to stop feeling cold and shivering, but soon managed to keep it under control. When a bully named Rocky Beasely and his friends attacked Bobby and his then-girlfriend, Judy Harmon, the youngster panicked. To save Harmon, Bobby temporarily encased Rocky in ice, thus revealing his abilities for all to see. Believing the boy to be a menace, the townspeople organized a lynch mob. They broke into Bobby's home and overpowered him, but the local sheriff took the teenager into custody for his own protection. Meanwhile, the situation had come to the attention of Professor Charles Xavier, the telepathic mentor of the team of teenage mutant super heroes the X-Men.
Professor X dispatched his first X-Man, Cyclops, to contact Bobby. Cyclops stole into the jailhouse as planned, but the two began fighting when Bobby refused to accompany him. Caught by the lynch mob, Cyclops and Bobby were about to be hanged when they broke free. Professor X used his mental powers to halt the townspeople in their tracks and erase their memories of Bobby's powers. A grateful Bobby then accepted Xavier's invitation to enrol at his School for Gifted Youngsters and took the codename Iceman. Though initially granting him a snow-like form, Bobby soon learned to increase his degree of cold control resulting in an ice-like, almost transparent form.
Hated and feared by humanity, the X-Men honed their amazing abilities while standing in defense of a world pushed to the brink of genetic war by a handful of mutant terrorists. Iceman, the team's youngest founding member, became known as the comedian of the group. Regardless, he pulled his weight and worked well with rest of the team.
Following a short break-up after believing their mentor was dead, the X-Men reformed with two new members - the magnetism-manipulating Polaris and the plasma-charged Havok. Bobby had a brief romantic relationship with Polaris until she realized that her heart belonged to Havok. Bobby had trouble accepting her decision, which led to increased tension between himself and Havok. Eventually, Bobby quit the team for a short time to sort out his feelings.
Later, when the sentient island-being known as Krakoa took Bobby and his team mates captive, Professor X assembled a second team of X-Men to rescue them. Soon after, most of the founding members left the team and Bobby began attending college on a scholarship. Eventually, he helped his former team mate Angel form the Champions of Los Angeles. When the Champions disbanded, Bobby went missing, and Angel teamed up with the costumed adventurer Spider-Man to find him. Bobby had been hypnotized by the Champions' enemy Rampage into donning his battle suit, and Angel and Spider-Man were forced to battle him. After Rampage was defeated, Bobby quit his life as a costumed adventurer and returned to college full time to study accounting.
Later, Bobby was contacted by Professor X to assist in rescuing friends and family of the X-Men from the assassin known as Arcade. Along with other former X-Men Banshee, Polaris, and Havok, the ad-hoc team managed to free the hostages and Bobby finally came to accept Polaris' love for Havok.
During a summer break from college Bobby went to visit his former X-Men team mate the Beast and soon became involved with the loose-knit collection of costumed heroes known as the Defenders. Along with the Beast and the Angel, Bobby helped reorganize the team into a more formal and cohesive unit. The Defenders eventually disbanded when several of their members appeared to perish during a climactic battle.
Soon after, Bobby joined the other founding X-Men to form X-Factor, an organization that intended to seek out and aid other mutants under the pretense of hunting down those perceived menaces to society. During his time with the team, the Asgardian trickster god Loki captured Bobby, hoping to use him to gain control over the Frost Giants. Loki enhanced Bobby's powers to such an extent that he was forced to wear a power-dampening belt that was originally created by the subversive organization known as The Right to cancel out his powers. Once able only to sheathe his own body in a protective coating of ice, Bobby found he could encase the entirety of the Empire State Building. With time, Bobby gained sufficient control over his augmented powers that he was able to stop using the inhibitor belt. Believing he had achieved his full potential, Bobby never attempted to push himself beyond his perceived limits.
When Professor Xavier returned to Earth following an extended absence in outer space, Bobby and the other members of X-Factor rejoined the X-Men. Shortly thereafter, Bobby confronted former Cosmonaut Mikhail Rasputin, the reality-warping mutant brother of Bobby�s steel-skinned team mate Colossus. Rasputin forced Bobby into a form composed entirely of ice, affording the young mutant a glimpse into his true nature. Subsequently, Bobby began experimenting with his abilities - using ice to add mass to his slight frame, or lift himself high into the air without the benefit of his usual slides.
Months later, the psychically incapacitated mutant telepath Emma Frost took mental possession of Bobby's body. Frost was able to activate the full extent of his powers, using his powers in ways Bobby had not thought possible until she was coaxed back into her own body by Professor X. With Frost's prodding, Iceman later learned to completely transform his body into its full ice state on his own. Frost later also showed Bobby that he could safely revert back to his human form after his ice form's chest had been shattered in battle.
Bobby later took a leave of absence from the X-Men to spend more time with his father who had been injured by the grass roots anti-mutant movement the Friends of Humanity. He returned briefly to the X-Men to rescue mutant doctor Cecilia Reyes during the government-sponsored anti-mutant operation Zero Tolerance, after which he returned to his father's side.
Two subsequent events served to shed further light on Iceman's untapped potential. To secure a new host body, the would-be conqueror Apocalypse sought to siphon the awesome energies of "The Twelve" - mutants of incredible power, destined to alter the course of human history. Among their number was Iceman, who survived the ordeal thanks only to the apparent sacrifice of Cyclops.
A second defining event occurred when the sentient spaceship Prosh escaped the confines of a Celestial prison, returned to Earth and dispatched a group of disparate beings on a journey through time to uncover the keys to preserving human evolution. Their mission: Save the human race from a threat that might not manifest itself for millions of years. When Prosh reassembled the members of his team in the present, they fought and defeated the enigmatic alien entity known as the Stranger, who sought to control the natural evolution of humans and mutants.
These experiences forced Iceman into the realization that he no longer need fear the evolution of his abilities, and he returned to the X-Men to explore his mutant powers to the fullest. After suffering a chest injury, Bobby was unable to prevent his body from transforming into solid ice due to the manifestation of a secondary mutation.

Name: Nathaniel Essex/Mr. Sinister
Age: 206
Powers: Mr. Sinister is a brilliant geneticist, and has mutated genes into his body so that he can have others powers. (Not through physical touch, but actual genetic manipulation.) To date he posesses telekenisis, telepathy, magneticism, shape-shifting, time travel, teleportation(though this is actually due to a large base he has which links him to different locations by him simply willing himself), regeneration, the ability to 'melt' into a liquid state, or alternatively changeh is body mass and texture/molecules. He can project himself onto the astral plane (and has occasionally used this as means to mentally destroy someone rather than use brute force). It is believed he may posess super human strength, though that could be his telekinesis coming into play. He can shoot bolts from his hands and at one time seemed to posess the power to temporarily 'shut off' mutant abilities (though he didn't use it again, so it is unclear if he still has it). And of course, there are literally thousands more he has never utilized but more than likely has.

Bio: Nathaniel Essex was a scientist in the 19th century that thought that human eovlution may be occuring at present time - manifesting as 'mutants'. He was scoffed at, of course, and after a sad loss he was approached by a man named En Sabah Nur, who offered him release from morality and emotions and in return he would be able to continue his work unhinged. His whole body was altered and changed drastically from the 'machine' used, but it achieved the desired result. Now, however, he secretly gatehrs as much genetic material as he can in hopes of destroying En Sabah Nur. He isn't exactly evil, but his work is anything but humane and this puts him at odds with many people. Luckily, he's learned how to hide in the shadows and frame others.

Name: Pyro

Powers: Pyrokenetics

Bio: Born in Sydney, Australia, Pyro's mutant power to manipulate flame emerged in his teens, but he was unable to find a practical use for his ability. After years of working in Southeast Asia as a journalist and novelist, Pyro met the mutant Mystique, who later recruited him to the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Though he never served under the team's original leader, Magneto, Pyro did work with the Brotherhood under the command of several of Magneto's subordinates who alternately supervised the group. Mystique's Brotherhood later offered its services to the United States government in exchange for protection and an official pardon for its crimes, and was renamed Freedom Force.
Some years later, Pyro contracted the Legacy Virus, a fatal disease affecting mainly mutants. He went to great lengths to find a cure, several times at the expense of others, but was unsuccessful in his search and succumbed to the virus just after saving Senator Robert Kelly from a new Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. This act of heroism was also instrumental in changing Senator Kelly's opinion on mutants as a whole, and led to his decision to work toward peaceful co-existance between humans and mutants. Unfortunately, the Senator was shot and killed soon after by a human-supremacist

Name: Piotr Nickoliavitch Rasputin
Age: 17
Powers: Colossus possesses the ability to transform his entire body into a form of 'organic steel', named by some sources as analogous to osmium, but of still unknown composition. In his armored form, Colossus possesses vast superhuman strength and invulnerability(the limits of which have never been revealed). In his armored form Colossus is by far the strongest mutant on the planet. Since joining the X-Men he has reached his physical peak, and he is now able to lift weights well over thousand's tons, making him mighty enough to engage Juggernaut in hand to hand combat. He has limitless stamina, and is immune to extremes of heat and cold, high-voltage, electricity and most magical attacks. His body cannot rust under normal Earth conditions. He requires no food, water or even oxygen to sustain himself.

Bio: Piotr "Peter" Rasputin was born on a Soviet collective farm called the Ust-Ordynski Collective near Lake Baikal in Siberia. He lived there with his mother, father and sister, Illyana. His older brother, Mikhail, had been a Russian cosmonaut and had apparently died in a rocket accident (the 2006 comic mini-series Colossus: Bloodline established that the family was descended from a real-life historical figure Grigori Rasputin).
Colossus's first appearance from Giant-Size X-Men #1. art by Dave Cockrum.Peter's superhuman powers emerged in adolescence while saving his sister from a runaway tractor. At first, Peter was content simply to use these powers to aid the other people of the collective; however he was soon contacted by Professor Charles Xavier, the founder of the X-Men. Xavier was recruiting a new team of X-Men to rescue the original team, most of whom had been captured by the sentient mutant island Krakoa.
Peter agreed to leave the farm community in which he was born and raised to go to America with Xavier. Xavier gave him the code name "Colossus" and together with the other new X-Men rescued the original team. After the battle was won, Colossus remained in the United States with the new X-Men.
