Thunder crashes above you as you make your way through the forest. You are quite lost. You have recently left your home, tired of normality, to seek a new life. At the moment, with the rain coming down hard upon your head, you are regretting this decision tremendously. These unknown lands make you weary and you search for something familiar.
Suddenly, you come into a vast clearing. Normally, you would shrug off this abrupt appearance, having come upon many clearings before this point, but this one is something different. In the center sits a small stone building covered in ivy, with a sign over the door that reads:
Welcome to the Silver Dragon
Anxious to get out of the rain more than anything, you open the wooden door and step inside. Off to your left is a long bar with a door to the kitchen behind it and a long shelf above it filled with many pretty bottles and figurines of mystical creatures. To the right, there is are several round tables scattered about. In the center of the room, there is a depression in the floor that separates that portion of the floor from the rest of the room. Carved into the floorboards of the sunken area are many strange symbols and drawings. Rising from the center is a tall spiral staircase. On the far wall is a long row of bookshelves overflowing with texts and artifacts. A small door at the end of one of the bookshelves leads out into a small, well-kept greenhouse. On a shelf over the main door sits a fish tank with strange, exotic creatures. A door next to the bar leads into a swimming area.
Slightly bewildered by the elegance you've found in such a remote area, you slowly mount the spiral staircase to the second floor. Once again, you are met with elegance unexpected of a place in the woods. Two hallways branch off the main one, each holding three bedrooms unique in their own way. Paintings hang on every wall, each depicting strange but beautiful creatures. A small ladder in the back leads to the roof.
Amazed with all you have seen, you make your way back downstairs. You become lost in your thoughts as you make your way to the door, unwillingly to leave the beauty upon which you have stumbled on. Just as you turn the doorknob, a voice calls out:
"You really should stay awhile!"
