My apologies to those of you who were mislead, this is not a charity. This is merely a party to celebrate the Gaiaversaries of myself and my questing partner, shadeofred. His Gaiaversary will be coming up first, being on wednesday the 22nd, and mine falling a week later on the 29th. This is basically a celebration of our activity on Gaia for a year, and we may not be a charity, but we will still be giving away plenty of gifts. I have a small lineup of artists (including myself) who will be doing artwork for the especially active people in this thread and anyone who gives us a donation present. There are also various small items that may be passed out as well. So, check it out, stay a while, and you may get a gift to call your own and maybe even a few new friends.



And that would be our quest thread, part of the reason why we're doing this whole thing. As you can see, both of us have our own quests that we're trying to complete to get our demonic and angelic wardrobes. Any donations are appreciated, even if they aren't on our wishlists, we'll accept just about any gift to get us closer to out goal.

Random Acts of Kindness

Yes, this is what you've all been waiting for, the gifts. A Random Act of Kindness can be anything from 100 gold to a full on CGed piece of artwork for you to show off in your sig. But, keep in mind the word RANDOM. We will not be telling anybody when they are going to receive a gift nor will we give them one if they ask for it. If anybody's getting one of these, it's going to be somebody that deserves it, so be on your best behavior and you might get lucky.

I've been dragging around Santa's Complete Giftbox set since January, and I'm quite frankly sick of it! This is a lottery to decide who gets all eight of my Giftboxes, I even left them wrapped for you. The tickets sell for 100 gold each. After all the spaces have been filled I will use the random number generator in a post here to decide the winner. There will be other mystery prizes awarded along the way and an extra prize at the end as well. Send me a trade titled "Santa's Lotto" with the ticket numbers you would like to buy and I will add you.

He's my questing buddy, and has a temper even shorter than mine. Like I said before, he's a crazy mofo at times, but he still deserves your respect just as much as I do. Treat him properly or I can almost guarentee he'll start taking things into his own hands.

I met her only a day after I joined, and we have been close friends ever since. She can be a very good friend, but don't get on her bad side or we'll both chase you out of here. To put it simply, be nice to her and she'll be nice to you, treat her unkindly and she'll do the same to you tenfold. So please, don't be a meanie.

FireRealm

This would be galadae's cousin. He is just as insane as shadeofred if not worse. For those of you not used to complete randomness, use caution around this one. If you can manage to look past his straight jacket you'll see that he's a good guy, easy going, and can always take a joke. He has been a close friend of mine and shadeofred since we were n00bs as well, so give him proper respect.

Macross4



Macross is another one of our original friends who we met through FireRealm. Once again, if you are not used to complete randomness, use caution around this individual. She is well known for her random outburst and happy, fun loving attitude, but she does have a mean side she reserves for the people who try to piss her off, so I strongly recommend that you don't. Just be nice to her and everything'll be 'okie dokie.'

Now that shadeofred's Gaiaversary has finally come around, it's time for this party to really get started. The week between my Gaiaversary and his will be our own Spirit Week. Meaning that, I will have different themes for each day and a contest to go along with it. You don't have to enter the contest every day, but you've really got nothing to lose. Whoever shows their spirit the most for that particular day will receive a prize, whether it be a drawing, an item, or even a sum of gold. Below I have a list of the events from shadeofred's Gaiaversary to my own, falling exactly seven days later.

Wednesday, March 22 - Halloween in March
Sadly, I will be absent most of this day at hockey practice, and I probably won't be giving out a very big prize today either, but rest easy knowing that the prizes will get better as the days go by and more people join us. Back onto the topic now, Red's Gaiaversary will be celebrated by users wearing their halloween clothes from any year, or even orange/black themed outfits if they don't have any halloween items, since classic Jack has been part of Red's outfit almost as long as he's been on Gaia. The user who shows the most time and effort put into their outfit will win an unknown item from my inventory.

Thursday, March 23 - Burn it Down!
Another one of Red's earlier avatar themes was fire. So today, we will celebrate by wearing anything charred, with flames on it, or that actually is fire! Dress to impress, because today will be the first day I will be giving out a piece of gift art to the winner. Participants will be judged on the flare of their outfits.

Friday, March 24 - Fixation on the Darkness
Seeing that it is still only two days after Red's Gaiaversary, we will continue celebrating with our darker attires. The theme I'm looking for here is pitch black/lunar. Whoever can best inhabit the appearance of those demons of the night will receive a piece of gift art and maybe a little something to go along with it.

Saturday, March 25 - Pajama Party!
Well, in honor that it is still closer to his Gaiaversary than my own and that only yesterday our theme was the creepiness in the night, today will be the joy you find in the night. So whip out your plushies and PJs, cause this is where the party really starts! I'm not entirely sure how I'm going to work out this competition yet, but I do know it will be a Roleplay of somesort, since you can't really judge one color of PJs over another. The prize will be determined at a future date.

Sunday, March 26 - Beach Party!
From night into day as we pass the halfway point. So get out your swimsuits and get ready for some fun in the sun. Once again, I will not be judging based on the outfits but on a Roleplay. All day today, I plan to be running several beach contests in a Roleplay environment for everyone to participate in. Whoever triumphs in the most events will get a signed photograph of my avatar and their own for that day.

Monday, March 27 - Chill Out!
As many of you can see, the themes in my avatar include light and ice, so today will be the day to pull out your ice, literally or interpreted otherwise, and sparkle up your avatar! The most fashionably bejeweled avatar I see today will receive a piece of gift art and a random item from my inventory to go with it.

Tuesday, March 28 - Wing Your Way
One of my original avatar themes was wings, and I still use it a little to this day. For today, find all your lightweight and/or Wingin' It outfits. And, if you're rich enough that is, you can throw on some anklets as well. Try to keep the entire outfit bluish or whitish as well. Outfits will be judged on style and their appropriation to the theme, and the prize will be a piece of gift art.

Wednesday, March 29 - The Light! It Burns!
Today is the day all the rich guys are gonna love. First off, dress nicely, tuxedoes would be strongly recommended. Secondly, keep the colors white and gold as often as possible. And finally, wear all the angelic and solar stuff you own, set to sparkle. The theme for today is pure light, otherwise known as angelic. Judging today will be based on style and appropriation to the theme, and the prize will be a very special piece of gift art done by me.
