Birthday: October 26... I'm 23.

Occupation: Technical Recruiting Consultant. I work for a multimillion dollar company that works with the federal government, especially the military and veteran's associations. I fill really high level technically complex roles and have the pleasure of speaking to interesting people all over the world- not only do I find people right for the job, I interview them and get to even hire them on as employees of our company. It's great! There's a lot of sales, B2b marketing, intuition and intuition involved, along with good analytical skills, good communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a lot of B.Sing. Lol. It plays on all my strengths and I love it!

Education: B.S. in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and a minor in Psych. You can see how this plays into the above ^.~

Loves: MUSIC! Alternative & Rock especially. Drawing, reading, writing, hanging out with my friends, the color purple, playing with my kitties, my parents, my beautiful Godchildren, Liberal and open-minded Christianity, perfumes from bath and body works, singing loudly, acting, stick figure art, volvos, burritos, and so much more <3

What else?: I'm at a very inbetween point in my life. I'm not necessarily happy now, but hopefully I'm building up to it. At least I have good friends, parents, and a good job.

What is a mystery quest? Why are you having one? Because I like letting my friends know they're getting something, but not what. It's great fun. You should try it!

All right, time for a new quest for me. I got a chain wallet! (Did you get my clue? I'm up against a wall- et's out of my hands. I never get sick of myself...

...ok, I do, but you're not supposed to! razz )

Luckily for me the price dropped 400k, so I want to find some other trinket!

I have had some pretty fun mystery quests for my friends in the past, though... with clues included. Is that a hint that there might be a clue to what I'm getting myself around? Ah, perhaps, but what fun would it be if I confirmed it.

Lots? And you want a prize for finding it? Ah, you wenches. Fine. There's a little something in it you guess right - 1k!!! PM me if you know it, or if you're just a royal pain. To win the prize you need to bump at least a page before PMing me, but that should be too hard smile

So what have I done in the past? My all too lucky ex boyfriend Deanis Maximus, Dean, received a Kitsune Mask. I know, such great presents and I still get broken up with wink ! What was the clue? Well, I said I was tempted not to mask it... ah ha ha.

Yea, that's sad. But it's worse that none of you got it!

Before that was a quest for ParaParaPrincess, Ami, who received some fabulous goti clips. What was her clue, then? Well, I said no one "goti it" the first time. Did you think that was a typo? Yes? It was... but then that was the best clue I could come up with.

The 5th mystery quest, and the first quest with a clue, was for a pumpkin stump for my friend Rena, aka Kava. What was the clue then? Well, my subheadhing, of course. It said- Ambeekat's Mystery Quest- Are You Stumped Yet? Har dee har... okay, I'm not that clever, but I told you there was a clue!

Come chat, bump, and have fun! Questing for myself is new and without the help of vending, this should be tough, but I can prevail. And it'll be back to regular ol' gift giving.

Since this is my 8th mystery quest and I'm still enjoying it, I have no plans to stop anytime soon. I finally got myself the milady set, and as I mentioned, Dean received a Kitsune mask, Ami received Goti Clips, and Rena got herself a lovely pumpkin stump, but I've also donated 250k at random to various buddies, 100k to my friend Jessa, aka Kender, for her Panda Hat Quest, I bought my Cheska, aka Whitetigerlili, a Kiki Kitty and I bought my Lizzie, aka Seijisolitaire, a Nitemare Bustier, and she looks darn sexy in it, if I do say so myself.

Let's get this thing started!

(01/01/09) I can honestly say I'm feeling good right now. It's a new year, I'm about to head off to a company business trip to Vegas, and I am optimistic about what's to come. To celebrate what has to be a better year than 08, I'm really going to get myself something big. I mean, huge. And I hope I can actually start bumping regularly and get this thread going more inbetween work and friends and life. Hehe.

(08/01/08 ) I blame Me for not being on this quest sooner. Lol. I went through a pretty heartwrenching break up after a year, I graduated college, and I started a brand new job all within 6 very short months... but... I think I'm ready to have a little fun on gaia again, and hopefully you guys can help.

(01/18/06) I blame Kadashi for being on my next quest already. Who told the boy to teach me how to vend? Anywho, I'm on my 5th quest, and this one should be fun... it's very secretive :-O All we know is it's not for a common... what could it be??? Whatever the item is, it better be mini to fit in her closet! She's got a loooot of items.

(09/25/06) Did I actually complete another quest? This was totally helped out by a lot of good friends and good donations, but it's done. We are now officially on our fourth mystery quest. 3 completed quests in 7 months... not bad at all!

(08/29/06) I traded one of my letters for an item with higher growth potential that has a higher buy now price (trade up! woo!) and borrowed some money from Volvo Kitten to get two august letters for my quest at great deals. I also had Hoshi bump my thread 20 pages. HOLY s**t! Thank you. That means we have a new poll- with more crazy quotes! Have fun.

(08/04/06) I decided to trade in some of my gs (20,200g to be accurate) for a feb 2006 letter (the chyaku norisu scarf letter) I figure I might as well put some of my gs into letter form so it can grow a bit... this quest is going to take me awhile, so anything I can get out of inflation is good.

(06/30/06) Well, it's slow progress but hopefully I'll have my first extra 5k, soon. I probably won't be acquiring anymore wardrobe items in the near future because I actually set Volvo Kitten on her own quest- check out her thread! She's gonna get herself some Bani Clips. And since the only way I ever bought anything for my avi was through her, it seems like I'll have to stick with what I have. Oh well! It's worth it. Questing is good ^.^

(06/15/06) Didn't I just start this quest? Well, I can see by the date two posts below that it was almost two months ago, but I'm just about done. I will probably get my item today since it's gone down in price, and then it's time for a new quest. I know! We're starting a new one already! This one is going to be twice the size, however, so anticipate Amber's Mystery Quest: 3 Times As Puzzling! coming soon.

(05/22/06): Busy times. I was out of town 3 days last week, I have finals this week, and then I'll be out of town for another 3 days. Unfortunately we have our first noticable bit of inflation, too (We're now up to 50k!) Hopefully it won't inflate too much while I'm MIA.

Oh, I also added a new picture, changed the wording around a bit, added a new poll archive section, and whatnot. I'm just trying to maintain this thing ^.^ Should there be a new contest soon?

Wait, I Don't Even Understand The Point Of This One!~*

Essentially, I didn't want my former progress to just drop off the face of the Earth, so I decided I would keep it in a seperate post down here. It also gives anyone who is curious and did not see the first quest an idea of how I went about getting the bustier and what the timing was on it all smile The second quest just adds to it and proves that I really am getting these items and making progress, even if it is slow ^^ I think it's interesting.

Conclusion: Disney just has to take over everything, including my poll. I must say, though, nothing is sillier than a Hoshi quoting all of the Little Mermaid (ALL OF IT) in the middle of the night surrounded by 3 other girls who are trying to sleep and giggling so hard that she is shaking them awake while saying "If I were prince Eric, I..."

It made me tweak so much that to this day people still say If I were Prince Eric to get a reaction out of me. My friend Jakob recently bought me a Little Mermaid watch to commemorate the moment. It was really no contest who was going to win this poll.
