ONCE UPON A TIME, THIS WAS A QUEST THREAD.

I'M REALLY NOT QUESTING ANYMORE, AS I FOUND OUT THAT I DONATE FAR TOO MUCH TO KEEP A QUEST UP. BUT THIS THREAD WILL REMAIN ACTIVE, BECAUSE IT'S WHERE I TALK TO MY FRIENDS. :]

?Kay, no one really likes introductions or anything, so I?ll make this as short as possible.
This is, obviously, a quest thread, as you?ve realized by now.
A quest for what, exactly?!

That, my pets. The Angelic Scarf.
See, I?ve got a story behind the mystical Scarves.
-Sits with an open book.-

Once upon a time, Maron [that?s me!], bought a Nitemare Scarf for 70k. Waaay back in ?04.
She was a very happy Maron at the time. <3
But then, a friend decided to play a joke on her, and hack her account for the scarf.
Bad friend. </3
That friend sold the scarf for 140k and bought himself a bunch of pretty items.
Jerk. =D
After a few months, quite a few, actually, that friend decided to leave Gaia.
And sent Maron a trade for 370k, in which she would eventually use to buy her beloved Nitemare Scarf back. heart
However, because it was not the scarf that she had grown so attached to previously, it felt weird owning.
So she sold the Nitemare Scarf, and bought an Angelic Scarf from an old friend.
Happy Maron, again. <3!
Although? Maron wasn?t quite content having such an expensive item, while her friends were struggling with quests.
Particularly her bestest friend, who wasn?t very good at questing, starting off fresh wanting an Emo Bag.
So she sold her Angelic Scarf, and bought her BFF an Emo Bag, donated almost 40k to her other friends, and bought some little tidbits for herself.
That was back in the beginning of ?05. Maron has not seen either scarf on her avatar since.

Phew! Okay, so maybe the intro isn?t so short. OwO

Anyways, after all that, and a long haul of fulfilling other quests, I?ve decided that I would love to see that Angelic Scarf back on my avatar. n_n It won?t have the same exact sentimental value, but that doesn?t mean I can?t dream and save up!

So? the thing is. I?m bad at questing. ._. I will admit. It?s hard for me to save up gold without spending bunches of it. So, I?m asking you to help me on this quest. Unfortunately, since I currently have nothing to give away, there will be no give-aways, no contests, and no prizes at the end of each month, or at the end of the quest. Sorry, sorry, and a million sorrys. @__@

But, you know, you don?t have to donate. >w< You can just stick around, bump, chat with me, [I love talking to people <3] But any help, no matter how small, is always appreciated.

Edit} .. Okay, Maron can't help but go on donation tangents. .__.; She recently donated 70k to her friends, dividing it up by quest.

Angus and the Cat

*Takes out a story book and reads aloud*

Each day as Angus grew older he grew longer, but not much higher. Scottie dogs grow that way.

Now as Angus grew older andlonger he learned MANY THINGS. He learned it is best to stay in one's own yard, and....
FROGS can jump, but...
NOT to jump after them, and...
BALLOONS go
POP!

Angus also learned NOT to lie on the sofa and NOT to take SOMEBODY ELSE'S food, and things like that.

But there was SOMETHING outdoors Angus was very curious about but had NEVER learned about, and that was CATS.
The leash was TOO short.

Until one day WHAT should Angus find INDOORS lying on the SOFA but a strange little CAT!
Angus came closer- The CAT sat up. Angus came closer- Up jumped the CAT onto the arm of the sofa. Angus came closer, and-
SISS-S-S-S-S-S!!! That little CAT boxed Angus's ears!

Woo-oo-oof--Woo-oo-oof! said Angus.
Up jumped the CAT onto the sofa back, up the mantel- and Angus was not high enough to reach her!

But at lunch time down she came to try and take Angus's food- though not for long.
Up she jumped onto the table, and Angus was not high enough to reach her!

At nap time there she was sitting in Angus's own special square of sunshine- WASHING HER FACE, though not for long.
Up she jumped onto the window sill, and Angus was not high enough to reach her!

For THREE whole days Angus was very busy chasing THAT CAT, but she always went up out of reach until on the fourth day he chased her UP-THE-STAIRS into the BEDROOM and she was completely GONE!
Angus looked under the bed- no CAT was there.

Angus looked out the window into yard, into the next yard- no CAT could he see ANYWHERE.

Angus went DOWN-THE-STAIRS. He looked on the sofa- no CAT was there. He looked on the mantel- no CAT was there. Angus looked on the table and on the window sills- no CAT was indoors ANYWHERE.

So Angus was ALL-ALONE. There was no CAT to box his ears. There was no CAT to take his food. There was no CAT to sit in his sunshine. There was no CAT to chase away. So Angus was ALL-ALONE and her had NOTHING-TO-DO!

Angus missed the little CAT.

But- at lunch time he heard this noise: P U R R R R R- and there she was again. And Angus knew and the CAT knew that Angus knew that-
Angus was GLAD the cat came back!

It's a good story. Worship. <3
