Why do you think they need an official thread?:We've all played games like Halo, F.E.A.R., Killzone etc... but where did where did First Person Shoter(FPS) games get started? Well Id of course, first they made Wolfenstein 3D, which was kind of a FPS but only with pressing butons and shoting, nothing else. Soom after that release they came out with the game "Final Doom". Which had the everyday setings of a present day FPS game.
What are some games made by Id?: Well theres quiet a few of them. Heres the list.
