Maybe I should start as to WHY I'm doing this quest?
Well, I'm a big Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fan, and my favourite character is (as if you hadn't realised already) Ford Prefect. I happen to think he's pretty froody.
So much so, in fact, that I'm ready and willing to spend 20k on a fan club for him. 3nodding
Now I know what you're all probably thinking. "There's tons of Hitchhiker's guilds out there, why have one devoted to just one character?!"
Well, why not?
After all, it happens in most other fandoms - one particular character has a large following, and so suddenly, fan clubs spring up all over the place. Just look at Ian here on Gaia!
...
Ok, so maybe he's not the BEST example.
My point is, Ford deserves a fan club. And I'm hoping that perhaps some people out there who are fans of him too feel the same way, because if we work together, we can make it happen!

Now, there are probably some people thinking; "What, you just want to make a guild, just like that? No doubt it'll fall apart after a few weeks!"
Well, firstly, don't be such pessimists! And secondly, please DON'T PANIC! I'm already a Captain of a pretty successful and popular guild, The Red Dwarf Guild, so I know what I'm doing. wink It's all in safe, competent hands...
