OK. So, the Scrapbook's over. And I'm happy. xD

Yup there is a package here @w@! they opened it this morning and everyone has been screaming about how wonderful it is for hours X3 I got to look over the scrapbook for a little before being dragged back to work and i really love it. ^__^ thank you so much for taking the time to put this together, and for all the users who spent time to create their contributions I'll take a better look at it later tonight after work, but everyone is just so impressed ^^ i cant really express how much it means to everyone here that you guys would do this for us.. so all i can say is thank you very much, from the bottom of my heart T___T
We'll do our best to return your kindness by working as hard as we can to make gaia as good as it can be for all of you and constantly listening to you as a community to improve anything you all suggest ^_^

I just finished reading through all the letters that you sent us. Thank you so much for your letter and all your effort in organizing the scrapbook! It's not just me, everyone of us were thrilled and we had a great time going through the scrapbook. This is definitely a gift that I'll treasure forever. ^___^
Thank you once again for the great anniversary gift and have fun at the anniversary ball.

Yeah we have all had more time to look over the book more now, I got to sit down with it last night after everyone else was done with it and got about halfway through it, will finish the rest tonight. Its a really wonderful project.. i really enjoy the sincerity and heartfelt comments from all the different users, getting to see how gaia has affected all of our lives is pretty amazing. Seeing each users photo keeps reminding me how real every person is, that we all have this big place that brought us together and has been a positive experience all around for the most part.
For us, it was just this small project website at first, and to see how its grown not only for us, but for everyone.. all these different side effects of this one huge community we have all lived in together for all these years.. its just amazing.
In a way, much like the scrapbook, together we are all building a digital scrapbook made of millions of posts, everyones words, everyones time, everyones art, their loves, friends, thoughts and ideas are all shared and pinned up here in this virtual book. I take great honor in being a part of this community knowing there are wonderful people like you all out there with me ^w^
I've seen the GCD thread, and also the one about the quilt which seems like a fun idea It would be nice to get a photo of lanzer passed out in a quilt like that X3

So now. I have a PO Box, and an empty space in my heart.
Well, the PO Box is empty, anyway.
I want to do more, because I had so much fun with it.
So. I had a new idea, and after mulling over it and posting here and stuff for a bit, I've come up with this.
A quilt.
Real simple.
All you need to do is send in a piece of fabric. Go out and buy a piece, cut up an old shirt, find a piece under your bed... Etc. Cut it into an interesting shape, decorate it, do whatever. And put your username on it.
Then I'll take a solid piece of fabric and sew all the pieces onto it, like a jigsaw. And I'll make a quilt/blanket out of it.
Easy! And it'll cost what, a dollar, MAX, for postage?
I'll take pictures as I put it together, and stuff.
If I had that much fun with the scrapbook, I'm sure I'll have more with a quilt. And more people can participate, 'cause it's just a matter of cutting fabric and sending it in. I'll do the rest.
And maybe it can be a Christmas gift? <3 If we take this long, then it'll be like, super big and stuff.
Maybe several blankets?
And a pillow!
This way, the Admins will have yet another gift from all of Gaia: one that they can use. I mean, come on. They never sleep. This will give them an excuse to! xD
SO. I'll do one giant blanket for all of them. Then, you can submit multiple pieces. I'll do one for Lanzer, one for Ling, one for L0cke, one for VO, and one for CP. So you MAY, but do not HAVE to send up to 6 pieces. (Seven, if you want to do one for me. XDD) You just need to specify which piece goes to what. If you DON'T specify, I'll assume it goes to the blanket, and if there's multiple pieces, I'll place them where I feel they need to go. n.n

---Piece Requirements/Restrictions---
-Your piece may be no larger than one square foot.
-Your piece must contain your username.
-Your piece may be of any fabric, provided it is sewable via a sewing machine. If you are unsure if your piece is usable, PM or post. n.n
-Your piece may be any shape, provided it is not obscene or overly intricate.
-You may decorate your piece however you like, provided it's washable and not pointy.
You MAY submit more than one piece; I plan to do a large blanket and then a pillow for each Admin. Please specify which piece you would like to go to which object. n.n If there is no specification, I will add it to the blanket.

SOME ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT SHIPPING PIECES TO ME:
First and foremost, your return address, should you include one, will remain absolutely confidential, and will not be seen by anyone else. I will not use them in any way, shape or form. Should you request it, I shall shred the envelope it comes in. (I DO like to keep them as little memoirs. xD) But you are absolutely safe in shipping them to me. Should your parents wish to contact me to confirm any of this, PM me, and I will work something out.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO INCLUDE A RETURN ADDRESS unless you are shipping internationally or wish to add the return address in the case it gets lost in the mail.
Secondly; try to fold the pieces and ship them in a regular small envelope. They should fit, if not cost a little extra. (Little, as in a few cents.) This saves me from having to go to the counter and have them retireved from the counter and run the risk of being bumped up another size box.
Finally, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. n.n
