Alright, drugstore psychologists of Life Issues.
A while back, I saw this commercial about how depression can hurt physically. Muscle pains and such.
Does this explain why I feel like someone has tied a weight around my lungs and diaphragm?
It's not a sharp pain. It's a heartbreak kind of pain.
And I want it gone. It's affecting my uh
daily routine.
I don't have the motivation to do anything anymore.
Shower. Eat. Go out. I'm a log. I'm starting to grow mold. And I don't care.

So without suggesting I see a therapist/psychologist/psychiatrist(I'm two steps ahead of you), can you give me some advice on how to feel less like a cement brick and more like a human being?
I know how you feel. Whenever I get that way, I try to involve myself with other people. I go to the mall, ask my mom if I can help with anything around the house. Stuff like that. Not only will it get me moving, but also give me a feeling of self-worth.

I pretty much agree with Toxic_Affliction_

getting yourself motivated would help alot, especially if it's somehow tied with other people so you dont have to feel lonely or bored.

You can try listening to some hard rock music or vent out your feelings by writing, painting, or singing/instrument if just listening doesnt work.

Usually thats what I do when everything just seems too real and normal than usual, either that or go get drunk. *shrugs* works both ways. :/
i think what you need is a kick in the put. sitting like a stick in the mud and complaining is pathetic and useless. Be a person by acting like one. At least try!
