Hello and welcome to The Spotlighter: Consult for Results. This is the home base for my section of the Avatar Talk Magazine. Here you will be able to submit questions regarding your fashion woes, and I will process them for possible entry into my latest section. Please continue reading for a detailed layout and description of the thread. biggrin
An Explanation of My Section
Much like Dear Abby, Ask Laskas, or Anne Landers, I will be taking questions about avatars and themes, and will attempt to know my knowledge of avatar construction and the Avatar Talk forum to answer them. I will not be offering specific avatar suggestions, just overarching thematic advice. I will not be Tek Tek-ing or anything else of that sort.

I will take generalized questions regarding items, combos, themes, color themes, and so on. Understand? Good. 3nodding
How You Enter a Question
Simple, just post it here. There is no guarantee that I will use it, but if it is a broad enough of a question, it'll have a better shot. Please do not ask me questions about my preferences or themes, and do not ask me to make a social commentary on AT. Should I recieve a lot of questions fitting for my section, I'll be forced to choose from among them.
Additional Notes
- Not every entry will make it. I'm sorry in advance, but I suspect that occassionally I will have more entries than I can use.
Actual usernames will not be listed with entries. To fit the flavor of the column I will be providing false names. A full list of contributers should be available at the bottom of the article.
I will not be answering questions in this thread. This is a collection thread for the magazine. Some chat will be tolerated, but please keep it to the following topics: Avatar Talk Magazine, Avatar Talk, avatar construction, themes, etc.
More to come as the thread develops.
<Disclaimer> Do not move this thread to GCD. While it is arguable that a resource like this would generally be appropriate for that forum, I believe it would be an improper move. This thread is for ATers to read, and it is focused on the discussion of avatar construction and the like. AT is for more than just ratings, sims, and the like.
