story

These crystals origionally started washing up on shores from deep in the ocean. They are named because of the strange haunting sound almost like singing that came from the stones when they were first discovered. All at once the stones started appearing everywhere. A strange black creature also appeared and began one by one to take the stones to a secret cave.

Eventually Obsidion, the black creature, made an alliance and gave her name to one of the humans by name of Xanthalia. Their mission is now unite the crystals with worthy travelers where they will hatch and grow into perfect traveling companions.

Many new discoveries followed the Sirenian Beasts speak almost exclusively telepathically, but their mindvoices are so strong anyone receptive might assume they spoke aloud. The wings on the back of the adults appear to be just decorative, but their wings, antennae and eyes give off an eerie glow at times..

It has been discovered that unbought crystals sometimes become impatient and start growing on their own. At this point Obsidion found herself covered with eight fluffball babies nevertheless she seemed very grateful that they turned into adults so quickly. These crystals that grow on their own however are very difficult to become as attatched to their owners as the ones which have been obtained from crystal form and as a consequence take longer to grow to the next stage or stages.

Because of the recent growings in the shop Xanthalia has decided to come up with some potions which may stop the growing process or maybe even speed it up.
