ART THIEF CATCHER REWARDS!
Basically, if you see anyone having or claiming that they OWN or
ARE the ARTISTS of our posted graphics, quickly report it to us. PM
either Elenoa or me and tell us the username of the person who claims to own
our graphics and we will take care of it from there.

NOTE: just because you've bought our items, it doesn't mean that you
actually officially OWN the drawings. We, Elenoa and I, are the ones who
drew the pics so WE actually have the right to say that they drawings belong
to us.

If you do catch an art thief, you will be rewarded with a free pixel lolly
that can also include the add-ons. Yes, it's not much. But we will put you
on our HONORABLE ART THIEF CATCHER LIST. The only way you can get
this reward is by us confirming that the person really did steal our art.

-Coporate Whoreage-
By having our shop's link in your sig, I will offer 10 gold to you smile That, however, does not mean that you can put it up, ask for 10 gold, remove it, put it back up, and then ask for 10 more gold. Each person only gets 10 gold each, no repeats. You may take it down as soon as you get the 10 gold, but we ask you not to try to take advantage of us. We're not that idiotic ^^||

I price my art according to how much their simplicity/complexity. This applies mostly to my pencil/inked drawings. My forum sig/ava are mostly priced by their text. My pricing does not necessarily pretain to Ckateronika's
My own policies
1) If I don't give you your art within one week of you being on the waiting list, I'll take off 1/4 of what you're supposed to pay me with
Example: Person A was going to buy his art for 100gold. Person A has been on the waiting list for a week but still no sign of art. When I do give Person A his art, he'll only pay 75 gold instead of 100 because he waited for a week for nothing (RECIPT REQUIRED)
2) for the cost of 1/4 the original artwork, you can request me to change up to 3 things of the original artwork
Example: Person B got her artwork for the price of 100 gold. By giving me 25 more gold, she can have me add more shading, change expression and the background (RECIPT REQUIRED)

-The way I price my products is by how much work and time I put in drawing them. Yes, it does take time to draw these things, so I believe that I deserve a reasonable pay for them.

-Like Elenoa, I also require a receipt for my products. For further info, scroll to the ORDER FORMS section of this thread. Enjoy!

-Have I skipped you, forgotten your order, or given you a product you're not totally satisfied of??

NOTE: This refund and exchange system only applies to my (Ckateronika) items. So if you want to exchange or refund an item with ELENOA, you will have to contact her and ask her about it.

REFUNDS: Make sure you show me your receipt and if it's not included in the receipt, the price of the item.

EXCHANGE or FIXES: Make sure you show me your receipt and tell me what you want to exchange for or fix.

- Lollipops (coming in different colors)= 65g.
Add-ons such as the samples= +8g
