From the looks of the screencap, this may help, but only if you have McAfee security programs running. For some unknown reason, McAfee Privacy Service doesn't allow the avi image to load in the Customize Me screen.

If you do, you can add *.gaiaonline.com to the list of allowed/safe sites. If you can't change that, or if that doesn't work, try disabling McAfee Privacy Service before going to dress up. Your avi should appear.

But please remember to re-enable the service when you're done, so that you're secure again.

If you don't have McAfee, but you do have this problem, I'm not sure what else to do. It's possible other security programs do the same thing, so you can check into that. If you don't have any security programs at all, try fiddling wiht the Privacy and/or Security tabs on your IE.... and if *that* doesn't help, then I'm sorry. sad
