You probably have the McAfee Privacy Services bug, if you have McAfee, that is. For some reason it blocks the appearance of the dress-up avatar picture.

What you need to do is add *.gaiaonline.com to the allowed sites. If you can't figure out how to do that, you can disable Privacy Services before going to dress up, but you should probably re-enable it after you're done.

If you don't have McAfee, try the usual clearing your cache, logging in and logging out, etc.
