What are you looking for?
Artists, Lineartist and Colorists: for our new shop Engel City: Misfits Orphanage. For mor information on the concept, clink the top link. You will receive 100% of all sales for the characters you sell, that means auctions, flats, and raffles will result in all gold made going right into your pocket, we're not skimming anything.

Why arn't you skimming any gold?
Diversity is the spice of life: and we would like to see a good diversity of pets coming out of our shop. And for diverse pets we need diverse artists, not bloated pockets. You may sell as many pets, any time you like, in any method as listed in the main thread. The max price for flat sales and flaffles is 15k though, so you may price them at that and below.

So what rules will I have to conform to?
We only ask a few things:

One, before selling a pet that all stages are complete and sent to the mule, this way we won't have to keep our thumb on you to finish up stages- they're all done ahead of time, and we can all go about our merry ways.

Two, that you only give away one pet for every three you make, max. That means you can't sign up to be an artist, make one for yourself and your 5 friends and then book it. That would be an abuse of the openess we are trying to culture here.

Three, we allow you to maintain all your own sales, that means you can handle your flats and what not any way you like with the exception of the first post which will be a template with links and etc. HOWEVER, don't run a crooked sale. That means no muleing your auctions or picking your raffles. If we catch wind that you've been manipulating your customers, your out right there, we don't want anything to do with crooks and theives.

Anything else?
Yep: We don't know how many artists we're going to pick, probobly quite a handfull. So if someone has entered that you think is consiterably better, don't draw out, you still have a chance :3

Example of the Art :: [Artist = L Kun] This is what we're looking for. Line art, and coloring later. If you can't color, Ogre will take your line art and color it for you, if you're chosen.

Responsibilities include: Creating three stage art, coloring it if possible, or passing it onto colorist for work. Meeting deadlines is a plus. Able to follow instructions and work within a schedule SUPER.

Curious, how far away are your assessment dates from your deadlines? Or will it fluctuate? @_@;
