-Refunds: 50% back, the rest will be considered a donation. No refunds after I close the lotto for the drawing
-In the event that the lotto fails, all ticket value will be refunded. If refunds are not claimed within 1 week from the PM/trade, the refund will be considered a donation.

Winners must accept their prize within 1 week from the PM/trade or they will forfeit their winnings
-People can only win once in the lotto. However, there can be a bump contest winner who also wins one of the places in the lotto. So double your chances.

Winners will be chosen via a series of RANDOM NUMBER GENERATIONS in the forum here with Gaia's own system. Numbers will be chosen IN ORDER of 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th for the lotto. After each post, I will announce which spaceholder had the matching number. If in the event that the same person holds the winning number for another space, an extra number will be generated for the SAME RANK, as a person can only win ONCE in the lotto.
-Numbers (tickets) will be given out in consecutive order, or else numbers might get missed.
-Trades MUST be confirmed for your spaces/tickets to be claimed.
Bump contest rules:
-You MUST number your bumps. No skipping numbers, but you are allowed to go back and edit previous posts with the bump number. If you missed a bump awhile back, please just edit it and make it the next consecutive number. However, if you do that, you MUST post what page that your out-of-order bump is so it can be checked.
-If you want to help, please PM me pointing out if anyone numbered their bumps improperly.
-At the end of each period you bump, I would appreciate it if you could PM me with what page you left off at, and what #, so it is easier for me to check.
Referral Program Rules:
-Exactly like a referral, the participant suggests to others to participate in the lotto. The catches?
The new ticket buyer must:
1) Buy a minimum of 100 tickets (200g)
2) Either title the trade with "Referred by _____" or send me a PM saying who they were referred by.
The referrer must:
1) Have already purchased a minimum of 250 tickets (500g)
-Referrers MAY NOT try and PM me and say "I referred this person." Only the ticket buyer can identify who referred them.
-Ticket buyers MUST confirm the trade for a referral to count.
-Referrers may NOT just buy more tickets and say they referred themselves. Referral credit is only given when new ticket buyers come in.
-Referral points are kept track in the first "Reserved" post near the end of the thread. Hopefully I'll edit the picture to say "Referral Points."
-Program points act like credits. So with 50 credits, you can either buy the full-body colour art, or 10 b/w chibis, or some other combination. So after you spend a number of credits, they do not act toward a higher prize. So if you want the full body colour art, save up 50 and don't spend any ^,^
-To get referrals, participants are allowed to: Make/use a banner in their signature that instructs the viewer to say that they were referred by them, purchase a User ad (but it MUST point the viewer to the thread and include the grand prize amount, and the 100k to charity MINIMUM), advertise in their own profile, and maybe some other creative ways that are folowing the Gaia rules/tos.
-To get referrals, participants may not: SPAM. Anywhere. Nor may they hassle/harass people. And all other things AGAINST Gaia rules/tos.
