The Furry Cove is Hiring!
That's right! The Furry Cove is looking to take on people to help out before it officially starts. Below you will find all the information about what I'm looking for, what is expected from them, and payments for each positions. Definitions are also given, as well on how to aquire the part.
With that out of the way, I hope you decide on joining the team.
Now, onto the next.
Rules
-Don't fight/argue/harrass others.
-Don't whine.
-Please, this shop is about furry anthros. I don't want to see examples of humans or people with cat ears and tails.
-You may use my examples for your own, just don't claim them as yours or distribute. If the ones before mentioned are too small, then you can use this one.
-Don't stretch the page.
-Put your examples in links.
-Don't post a Application Form if you're not certain about joining.

1] Are we sketching our own, or are your examples the ones we would be using?
-You can use either.
Positions looking for
What I'm looking for/How many needed
-Two-in-ones/0
-All-in-ones/1
Definitions:
-Two-in-ones are the ones who are coloring and certing for me.
-All-in-ones are ones who do their own lineart, color and cert; whether you can do items isn't important nor necessary.
What All-in-ones can expect
-I'm pretty lenient when it comes to things like time. I won't rush you to finish any project unless it's really important.
-All-in-ones can make their own linearts or lineart edits: which will be paid full cost for their own creations.
-All-in-ones must ask me first before editing anything major to my linearts.
-All-in-ones can determine their own prices for their flatsales, customs, cosplays, auctions, rarities, and breedings and how many slots they want to do.
-All-in-ones must make their own threads if they wish to do auctions, but it will be displayed on the main thread.
-All-in-ones get full price for each breeding they do, unless lineart was drawn for them for any reason.
What Two-in-ones can expect
-I'm pretty lenient when it comes to things like time. I won't rush you to finish any project unless it's really important.
-Two-in-ones can do their own flatsales, customs, cosplays, etc, if they want to for their own cost, but must not get in the way with coloring my flatsales, etc. If you do decide to do your own flatsales, etc, I get 10% of the profit.
-Two-in-ones will be paid 50% of all flatsales, customs, cosplays, auctions and breedings I do, plus an extra amount [their decision] for growings.

*Note: The easiest things you can draw would be considered commons, while the hardest things you can draw would be Super Rares and everything in between are uncommon and rare.
