A lot of people are having problems with this. I want to help. This is a tutorial on how to get a youtube.com video to display on your page.
Getting the URL to the video
right click somewhere on the page, preferably near the video (not on it). click on the 'veiw source' option.

A window with a bunch of code should come up. Use the find feature (ctrl+F on PC) and find something that looks like this:
player.swf?video_id=bunchanumbers

Add that as a suffix to http://youtube.com/ so it should look like this:
http://youtube.com/player.swf?video_id=bunchanumbers
Displaying it on your page
At the top of the page, click on 'My Gaia' and 'My Page

Then click on 'Multimedia'

Then, just put the adress to your music video in the right place

Browser information
As you can see, I'm using Firefox for this. You donot need to use firefox. Internet Explorer, as well as many other browsers (as far as I'm concerned) have both the 'view source' and 'find' features necessary to do this.
I hoped this helped. If any more is need, feel free to PM me

borobdin posted this in this tread, which I think might also be helpful if my way of obtaining the video doesn't work
They updated their website to use a different URL which doesn't work on Gaia after I said that. However, it still provides you with the alphanumeric ID.
Once you have that ID, add the ID to the end of this URL:
http://www.youtube.com/v/
For example, the code for the video in my profile is:
oOoqyVXnGNc
So the URL that I use as the URL for my multimedia is:
http://www.youtube.com/v/oOoqyVXnGNc
This is nice because it instead posts up a play button. Thus people don't have to continually load the video each time they want to look at your profile and it doesn't annoyingly play unexpectedly or before they scroll down enough to watch it.
Thanks for pointing that out to me borobdin
If none of the above works, try this:

Sephiroths samurai girl
That's a very longwinded and difficult way of doing it.
Simply look below the video of the one you want and you'll see a permalink to it. Copy that but change the link.
So, as an examply I@m using the opening to azumanga daioh
http://www.youtube.com/?v=ysBy7AHR-4U
this is the original link. it need to be changed to
http://www.youtube.com/v/ysBy7AHR-4U
simply remove the ? and change = to /
