our beloved Rina that caused so much trouble... xd ***Too much and don't want to read everything below? Well, click [Ctrl+F] and insert a key word you're looking for and see what you can find.***
caroling in stores...
[x]to carol to the NPC, go to each of their shops and click on the caroling button
[x] you have to wait 3-4 minutes before caroling to another NPC
[x] if you're told to rest when singing to NPC that means you did not wait 3-4 minutes since your last carol. So... wait a little longer. OR it means you caroled for that person already whee
[x] you have to carol 8 times for a present.
[x] there is no counter where you can see how much you have for caroling in stores. You have to go visit santa and he'll tell you how many more you need. Not WHO you need. You have to figure out who you missed your self whee
[x] there is no limit on how many set you can get...
[x] if you get an note that says "user not authenticated", trying loging out then loging back in... that helps some but not others sweatdrop
[x] You have to carol to each of the person below to receive one present... not 8 times to one person..
[x] you need to carol to Edmund, Ruby, Moria, Sasha, Ian, Rina, Agatha, and Liam. [these links you take you to each of their shops. A mod told me not to put the direct caroling linkis whee ]
One more Carol? but i got them all... i think...
[x] If santa says you still need one more carol and you think you got them all you should:
1. try going through all off them again and count as you go... did you get all EIGHT?
2. If that didn't work, maybe you should refresh the page you found santa on and click on him again to see if he changes his mind whee
3. Or you can wait until he moves to another place and then go visit him again.

[x]ANOTHER TIP*** Also, when you carol to an NCP, if they say: "You should definally sing to everyone else-Your great!" or something like that, it means you've already sang to them. When this happens, you can also carol to another NCP(one that you havn't caroled to.) without waiting for the 3-4min. 3nodding [credit: aiya suzumi]
[x] or just start at a shop [Ian's for example] and go down the list as you carol, when you get back to the person you started with, you're done! making tracking easier... [credit:lokoyo]

caroling in towns..
[x] to carol in towns click on the book in front of the houses.
[x] you get 0.5 percent each time you carol in the town.
[x] caroling with a group of people does not help you gain more cheer.
[x] If you do not see the book. Make sure you visit the town through the trainstation instead of the direct link under community
[x] the train station is located in barton town, on the very right right above the puff of smoke whee
[x] you do not have to wait between each carol in towns.
[x] because you only recieve 0.5 percent per carol in towns, you have to carol 200 times. ( yes 2-0-0, and yes it is possible) for one gift..
[x] the cheer meter is located under all you other counters (bug, flower, trash) It shows you how much cheer you have.
[x] When you get to 100% you can go to santa at the fountains to receive your present 3nodding
i'm stuck..
[x] when you're stuck, try changing from standing to sitting then standing again. [credit :ladydiablo]
[x] or try opening the navigate window and shutting it again [credit:Storm Rao]
[x] sometimes people around you get stuck with you...[credit:Sarm13o]
[x] I think the best way is to click the navigator and go to another part of town all together... that way you don't have to try sitting and standing and opening and closing whee
[x] or you can go inside the person' house you're caroling at and then come out. that might help too [credit:Lil_Elle]
[x]No one else can move while one other person is caroling. So if you meet up with someone in a neighborhood, join up with them so you both can carol at the same time. Or, if you're patient, take turns. That may not be fair to the other person, though, so the best suggestion is to join up. Sitting down and standing up doesn't help; it just takes up time to make it seem as if you can move when you stand up again. [credit:pockyrei]
about santa...
[x] santa can be anywhere, not just from the drop down list... click on the arrows too.
[x] Santa is always there. it does not matter if you're done with caroling or not, you just have to find him.
[x] you can see how many more carols you need for NPC when you visit Santa.
[x] Santa is located in the center of each town. [where the fountain used to be, now it's replaced with a giant christmas tree]

[x] i'm sure he's in gaia somewhere... or he might've moved as you searched around the map. Here's a easy access for you to find the oh so very tricky Santa ninja

other questions...
[x] NPC stands for Non-player Computer/Non Played Characters [i don't know, but it doesn't matter what they really stand for. They are just shop owners on gaia]
[x] if you carol in town you have to collect present in town, if you carol in shops you have to get presents from the santa on the map. you cannot carol in shops and get yout present in towns and vise versa.
[x] the set you get from the town and the NPC are seperate. that means if you get box one from the NPC and you get 100 percent in towns that box will not be box two.
[x] the set you get from town and the set you get from NPC are EXACTLY THE SAME!
Question about the boxes...
[x] to open the boxes-go to my stuff [under my gaia] and click on the box and click open 3nodding
[x] if it says "serial numbers do not match" it might be because you opened it already... and you refreshed or something... so go out of inventory and go back again see if the item's there 3nodding
[x] If you got two of the same boxes that's most likely because you got one from town and one from caroling to NPC. The town santa does not socialize with the Map santa so they don't know what number boxes you're on. so to make things easier, they just hand out their own set. So if you got box one from Town santa and you got box one from Map santa, the next one you recieve from Town santa will be box two and the next one you recieve from Map santa will also be Box two. whee [hope that made sense ninja ]
[x] once you get 8 boxes [one set], the whole thing starts over again except this time your boxes will be random 3nodding
