Also, Auctions are alright as long as they end before 6pm, and end within the week, and please do not direct me to shops. I do not pay for artwork unless we have agreed on a price etc. all other artwork will be considered a gift.

Personality
Meredith is my more innocent and naive character. I do not have a set storyline as of yet, but she does dabble in water/air magic if you would like to portray that.

Outfit 1

Ref (Done in a shade of lavender or blue)
With stockings resembling these (sheer with lace and ribbons at the top but without the red hearts.):

I'd like her drawn in this outfit, but without the hat. Also i'd rather the ribbons be lavender.

She should be dressed in panties, you can design a bra/cami/shirt for her if you'd rather. The design is up to you, the only thing I'd like kept is that they tie on the sides with ribbon. Just think lace, jewels, ribbons, bells, stars, pearls. Basically victorian/egl mix.

Outfit 4

The skirt should be longer in the back and come up shorter in the front.

Accessories
She should always be wearing some type of necklace, and her barrettes.She wears delicate silver jewerly, ribbons, lace, bells. You can play around with her barrettes design, and you can use stars somewhere in there it'd be great.
