Welcome to -Linear- the one shop where you can adopt a Line and watch it grow into an Art. All you have to do is RP a character and see if a Line comes to you.

Once a Line comes to you, and you want the Line you must send 10k to me and you will recieve your Line for you to RP with and soon after the three posts your Line will turn into an Art. So start Posting!
12.01.05- Congratulations to Cirrus and Sivet on becoming Arts!
11.27.05- RP started Pg 10, and the flat sale has also started once again. Just send me 10k and you've got a Line. Go you! And then just start RPing. Make sure to send me the name of your Line.
11.26.06- First three Lines have been adopted and the RP has started. Two more Lines will be up for adoption at 10k each possibly by Sunday.
11.25.05- Flat Sale Starts! Three Lines to be adopted! 10k each.
11.22.05- Opened shop!

-About-

You have just entered the land of Linear. Young Lines and Arts dwell in this huge city, and you have been chosen to adopt one of these young Lines.

The Lines follow everything you make them do. They are very loyal and by your guidings will grow into what they believe you want to see.

After about a week of your interaction with them (about three RP posts), they will grow into an Art. The Arts will look like any living creature on your home planet, Earth. Some may draw themselves into a dog, or possibly even form into your own homo sapien species. But there is something unique to the Arts. Each Art responds to another Art as being another Art. Seeing an Art that represents a human and then another that represents a lion conversing about today's weather is a natural part in an Art's growth and development.

The way an Art looks will not effect the way they interact with each other.

Soon enough after you have interacted with your Art for a while (a month in RL) your Art will be old enough to venture outside of Linear. You will soon come to the city of Spectrinium. The city of colour. Here your Art will take on new life as it heads to the local bar called "The Paint Brush". Filled with colourful Arts of all kinds which stare at you as you enter. Your black and white tones clashing drastically against the vibrancy of the others in the room. You are soon shoved to the back where an elderly Line sits in a booth.

You exclaimed your appologies to the Line only to go unheard as you find yourself falling into a huge paint bucket of every colour. The stories that floated about Linear concerning achieving a Colour Art were always vastily amazing and eventful. But the reality of it all was rather dull but as you climb out of the paint bucket, access paint dripping from your body, you come to realize the experience of being in colour is the best experience of all.

-Situation-

The elvan community, Loucksed, has recently founded a new government and they're rather biased against the Arts and humans evenly. The thought of re-establishing life on Earth by developing them two dimensionally when the Earth was slowly disintegrating was obserd and to just end it. In all reality, they just wanted the Earth to themselves as they had been traveling the stars and have yet to find a planet of suitable worth compared to Earth.

The human community, Bensed, houses three dimensional humans, full colour, who chose to spend their time in Bensed and visit their friends they had grown to love in Linear and Spectrinium. Most humans though return to Earth after they assist their Line to becoming a coloured Art and develop so they can either go to Bensed if they are a human Art, or return to Earth if they are any other Art, or of course remain where they are.

The object is to keep the people of Loucksed from taking over Spectrinium and destroying the future the humans have grown to build on Earth. Possibly try to get them to agree with the humans and share the Earth the way the Humans in Bensed want.

-Steps-

1. Begin RPing as either a human or an elf (mind you you probably will be shunned if you are an elf **read situation**)
2. 'The Curve' is where you go and meet up with Arts and Lines. If a Line takes a liking to you the Line will notice you and come to you. It is 10k for a Line, so for you to official be attached to this Line you must send me 10k.
3. After you have sent your gold and you have recieved your Line, you must RP with your Line for three posts. These three posts will deterermime what your Line will turn into as an Art.
4. RP your new Art in Linear for at least a month and you will soon be visited by a coloured being who resides in Linear. It will take you to Spectrinium where you will find your way to "The Paint Brush".
5. Finally you will gain your colour and then continue to RP in Spectrinium or Linear.
6. Spectrinium is also the point in which you can now achieve Breedables which start out as a Line.

-Rules-

1. No Stealing ART or IDEAS!
2. Please read the entire front page.
3. LITERATE ROLEPLAY ONLY
4. No 1337 (leet) speak!
5. Out of Character posts are to be surrounded by double parenthesis ((blah))
6. No images that stretch the page.
7. Use proper english.
8. Use spaces between paragraphs

Much of this should already be common sense.

- You may RP with the Arts Dolien, Leear, and Kane which I own. There images are above. They normally hang out together at the local bar in Linear, "The Curve".

7. My Art which looks like a human is in love with an Art that looks like a cat, is there a problem with this? Can we get a breedable together?
- There is no problem with that as they are all "just lines". They are all A-sexual and it doesn't matter. A cat can speak english as well as a human can. If you have this match your breedable would look like a cat furry/anthro.

8. How did you think up this idea?
- I honestly don't know.

9. How much is a breedable?
- Half of a Line, 5k.

10. Can we exchange links?
- Yes, as soon as I get my own banner up. ^_-

11. What is an Art like?
- It's a black and white image, inked like the images above on a cert like below. When you RP with it for a month you can go to Specrinium and have it coloured for free.

This is one of the current residents of Spectrinium. His name is Erik and is a fan of theater, thus why he had himself coloured as Erik the Phantom from Phantom of the Opera. Of course he's currently on a random background, but usually a coloured Spectrinian is on a regular cert like the ones above.

YEY! <3 It just came to me this morning while I was getting ready to go to college. Perhaps it was the lack of sleep within more than a 24hr period that allowed my artist mind to go beyond it's regular boundries. XD So glad you like it.
