Welcome. I'm not gonna bore you with some story about my avi. I saw the Joker items at the Gambino Casino and really, really want them. Together they total ~175,000g+ and I cannot imagine ever reaching and/or maintaining that amount.

I finish all quests I start, regardless if people help me or not. This is the hardest quest I've decided to create. I really do appreciate help, be it in the form of bumps and/or donations!

Still, I am going to earn those tickets. I think overall it will be less expensive than earning that gold... plus I am always tempted to buy something x_x. I also want to get my very own instead of buying it from someone. This is a weird quest because I care more about tickets than I do about gold. Of course gold is always welcomed!

Small donations are mostly what I like best (Of course, anything is very much appreciated!). Your help is much loved!

Nov. 23, 2005 - Thread created. Few visited. Woo hoo!
Nov. 24, 2005 - Finalized random number games, added art shop, added methods of donating tickets, and added this update section.
Nov. 26, 2005 - New poll, last visitor count 24. I reached 10,000 tickets!
Nov. 27, 2005 - SLOT GLITCH... eating my tokens and delaying my progress. Good thing I don't buy a whole bunch of tokens at once, I guess.
Nov. 29, 2005 - Upped the gold prizes for random numbers games. I need bumpers to help keep this thread alive.
Dec. 1, 2005 - Happy first of December! Reached 12,000 tickets. I am very tired of bumping my thread by myself and getting few people to visit and help, so I personally will not bump very often. I'm not quitting, I'm just going to chill in some other threads. You, on the otherhand, are very welcome to: stay, bump, try the random numbers games, buy art, chat with friends, donate and hang out here! Please and thank you!
Dec. 5, 2005 - Wow, 100 pages! Anyways, I'm gonna be out for a little while longer. I'm doing some free art requests at the moment in order to build up some samples for an art shop. I also have school, which sucks.
Dec. 8, 2005 - Yay, finals almost done. Got an enchanted trunk today. Errm... need to work on those art requests... What else? Reached 17,000 tickets! I also entered the Avatar Arena for next week, so vote well for me so I win money!
Dec. 11, 2005 - 20,000 tickets reached! I'll get the hat in no time ^____^. Remember to vote for me in the Avatar Arena, please and thank you!
Dec. 12, 2005 - Jessk is uber-awesome and donated 6,000 tickets to me... propelling me to almost halfway through to get the Joker Hat. If you don't want to help my quest, you must go help her. I command you.
Dec. 16, 2005 - Wow, my 1-year on Gaia is today. I didn't notice. Anyway, I was thinking the Joker Collar will be a "maybe" item, since it doesn't really go with anything. Thus, I don't really need it. That's about it. I can't really play slots because they're down so... STAGNATION! Hoo-ah!
Dec. 20, 2005 - Hmm, this is kind of boring (Slots still down/glitchy). I guess this is what I get for going the "goldless" quest.
Dec. 28, 2005 - I've not been gambling. Yeah, I'll work on it now.
Dec. 30, 2005 - 30,000 tickets! And a little bit later... I GOT THREE WINGS (x3 tokens = 3000 tickets)
Jan. 05, 2006 - Well, I've been busy. I've got classes again... everyday. As a means to earn more income and still do something Gaia-ish, I'm most likely going to do art commissions by opening up a shop. That means though, I'm not going to be online too much. So sad. I hope my classes are lax and uneventful. In other news, I have 20,000 tickets left to go ^_^.
Jan. 12, 2006 - Yeah, a terrible first week for the start of my new classes... being a combination of embarrassing myself, giving off bad first impressions and changes in school policies. One professor I have is a hard-a**, and I'm going to die from his extreme workload and overall meanness. This generally means I really, REALLY need to concentrate and work hard. Thank you sooooo much to the regulars that bump here. I don't want you to waste time though if I'm not online. Don't feel like you need to bump my thread. You can let it die for awhile ^_^ and bump your own threads. I'm going to be on hiatus, so don't think I abandoned you or anything. I just honestly don't have the time at the moment. Feb. 09, 2006 - Wow, it's been forever! Still pretty busy. I can say that my drawing skills have improved a lot more... mostly due to fear. Fear is a great motivator, indeed. FYI, I am an art student.... supposedly. I turn a year older on the 12th. Hurrah. Can you believe I actually didn't realize this fact until yesterday? I've seriously been so busy... and I still will be for the next 5 weeks until finals! HOLY CRAP! 3 WINGS AGAIN TODAY! (image below next)
Feb. 15, 2006 - Does this quest feel stale to you? I'm thinking of killing it once I reach the Joker Hat, and then questing by myself for the wand. I feel guilty for having this thread bumped when I'm not here. Ahh, it was fun when I had more time and not so many mini life dramas, lol.
Feb. 19, 2006 - I don't have the money to support my random numbers contests, so they're down until further notice. I've been pretty bummed lately (to put it lightly) so I've reverted to lurking status for a while. I'm also donating a lot lately, so I'm having trouble saving up >.>''
Mar. 02, 2006 - Ahhh, more hiatus time from Gaia. I have 10 art freebies to do too and bleh. It's just how life is.
Apr. 06, 2006 - More than a month gone by, busier than I expected to be. Erm, well... I don't know if anyone reads this or not but I'm not sure if I just want to quit Gaia because well... I don't really come on anymore and I seem to have lost interest? It's kind of a good thing for me, but sad too... this site is a great forum and hangout place with awesome people. I'll probably check in every now and then, but yeah... I think it was bound to happen eventually. Sorry guys, but life beckons and I'm in for major change to improve and get out of my fairly depressing slump 3nodding . Mint sucks and you shouldn't bump her quest thread anymore, seriously. It's probably the first and last one I probably won't finish heart

How you COULD donate your tickets!

METHOD:
- Please send a trade of gold for the amount you are selling your tickets in the Marketplace, and entitle trade as "Donation for tickets."
- Once trade is completed I will go to your store and buy them from you, so you get your money back and I get the tickets!
- You should price them pretty high), to ensure no one buys them before me... but if they do I will return your money ASAP!

EDIT:

- Tickets normally sell for twice the amount of gold. Example: 100 tickets is about 200g. For a higher probability that no one will buy them before me, you should price them at 300g.

- If you don't have enough money, you can create smaller groups of tickets for me to buy them in. Example: You have 1000 tickets, but you only have 1000g. You can sell them to me in sets of 300 for 700g.

However, you can also just donate gold and/or items for me to buy the tokens. All money donations will go to tokens or buying tickets.

RANDOM NUMBERS GAMES FOR THIS THREAD

When you hit "Post Reply" you can pick "Post Action" in the right. From there you can pick "Random Numbers" and insert the lowest value and highest value!

1) A number from 1 to 100. If you get the number 25 you win 300g! (Won by Icarus_Wings)

2) A number from 1 to 500. If you get the number 345 you win 800g!

3) A number from 1 to 1,000. If you get the number 212 you win 2,000g!

* I encourage you to just give it a shot! It's a bit more entertaining than a regular bump!
