welcome to ~I've Got A Problem...~

KE. so i used to frequent a website before i came on gaia. and they had a place where people posted their problems, and other members would give them advice. some of the problems were... just silly. and i've decided to share those silly posts with gaia. 4laugh

before the fun begins, i'd like to set some disclaimers and notes
