It's that time again....Christmas! And what better way to celebrate christmas than a good old-fashioned Secret Santa event. Last year over 200(!) familiars were purchased and given out (Jade was obviously insane XD). Due to the numbers of happy people, it is safe to say last year's event was a success and there was no reason to not have it happen again this year.

This year, however, there is a slight change. Both familiars and wolves will be available for purchase for that special someone.

::How It Works::

In the posts below, you will find information on the different options of presents you can purchase, including a price and required form. Each option has a box (with colored ribbon) that represents it, so that way when someone gets your gift, they have a little hint as to what they might be receiving...think of it as sneaking under the tree and giving your presents a shake. wink Everyone loves a little hint now and then.

Presents will be sold in batches with a specific of each option available to keep us colorists from losing our minds. An undetermined number of batches will be available and will be sold whenever we have time. We will try to put up a warning at least a few hours in advance before they are sold. The sales will be flatsale style and will not start until a "GO!" post is posted in the tread. First come, first serve.

Once you've acquired a spot, you need to send the required information AND payment to shaoilin_woods_dummy. Then we will send out the appropriate boxes and close to Christmas, they will open.

::Rules::

1. No whining, fighting, flaming, or otherwise causing any sort of negative feelings in the thread. Disagreements are to be taken to PMs. Failure to heed this rule will result in immediate greylisting (offenders may be blacklisted depending on circumstances).
2. Don't take anything unless indicated!
3. Do not PM about availability. If it says none available, it means none available.
4. Understand that the staff have lives and won't always be around to cater to your every whim.
5. Send the trade immediately once we confirm your purchase. Trades not sent within 24hrs will result in loss of the spot.
6. You may not buy for yourself! This is about GIVING, not receiving. Anyone found to be purchasing for themselves will not receive a refund OR a SS box. They will also be greylisted.
7. No mule accounts. If I suspect a user of being a mule count, I will not sell to them. neutral This is to prevent breakage of rule 6.
8. Direct-link boxes otherwise you won't get your wolf or familiar when boxes open.
9. You may only purchase 1 wolf box and 1 familiar box per batch.
10. More rules can be added if necessary

Unlimited WOLF slots available on Friday, December 16th @ 7:00pm EST (4:00pm PST) until 7:30pm EST that same day. You may request as many wolf slots as you like. Will stay open for the full half hour unless I get swamped.

You may pay in gold and/or items. Items are taken at mid-Lucky Devil.

::Familiar Information::

Familiars are not breedable (yet) and are RPable at the main thread. They don't come with certs as of right now but possibly will in the future. There are six different types: Deer, Squirrel, Fox, Bear, Raven, and Lynx (new!). The only familiar capable of verbal communication with the wolves are the foxes and the lynx.

Wolves are not RP required (but we'd love to see your recipient there). These wolves will come as adults and are available in the following poses: Beta, Lone, Gamma, and Omega. No Seers, Shamans, or Alphas will be given out due to their RP-required nature. Wolves purchased through this event are allowed to undergo rank changing pending on owner's choice.

Lineart edits are not available.
