Steve Irwin (aka - The Crocodile Hunter) died on September 4th, 2006 at the age of 44. He was one of the world's most dedicated and well known wildlife conservationists. The world will never be the same with out you, Steve. Rest in Peace.

I made some little pixel crocs as a memorial for him. Let the world know you loved Steve by putting one of these little guys in your signature, journal or profile.

Inside this Magical World...
Once upon a time, Riven Le Fay opened a shop on Gaia named "Riven's Magical Fox Forest". This shop lived happily, selling magical foxes to the masses for a long time. Unfortunately, Gaia went into a state of chaos, and the Fox Forest was lost in some kind of internet netherportal, along with Riven's existance on Gaia.

It is today that Riven's shop of magical wonders returns, to serve Gaians once more. Eventually, she plans to sell more than just magical foxes, but for now, please enjoy what she has to offer!

Magical Foxes

News & Updates

September 4th, 2006 - My wildlife hero, Steve Irwin, has died. I am devastated, and my heart goes out to his beloved family right now. For those who loved Steve as much as I did, I've added some little pixel crocs to the first post for free for others to put in their signatures, etc.

August 15th, 2006 - Hello folks. I am still alive. I am busy with life. As you can see this is my first time actually updating this since the beginning of the year. So if you ordered in like March or something, chances are I never got your order. I dunno I figured the CHRISTMAS poll and the HAPPY NEW YEAR in the topic might have given it away that I wasn't around for awhile. Anyway, I am sorta kinda here now so feel free to order if you want.. and if not.. then don't. I'll be in and out. See ya!

January 3rd, 2006 - Happy New Year, Gaia! I took all of my Christmas limiteds down. I miss Christmas. *cries* It is my favorite holiday. Oh well. Not sure if I'll make a January limited, but I'll definitely have one for Valentine's Day.

December 1st, 2005 - Where I live right now, it just turned December 6 minutes ago. I couldn't be happier, because I adore Christmas time more than any other time of year. The presents, the decorations, the food, the loved ones, the music.. ahh it's all so great! I even have a small Lion King themed Christmas Tree to put up in addition to our regular one each year. But I digress, I've just added some new (and some old) Christmas limited foxes for everyone to enjoy. 4laugh

November 29th, 2005 - Back from my Thanksgiving Vacation! So my shop is open again. I'll be making some Christmasy limiteds soon. ^^

November 20th, 2005 - Just made Angelic and Demonic Mini-Foxes today. People always love the angel/demon theme.. so I thought, why not, eh? razz Well, anyway, I'm looking for affiliates, so let me know if you are interested! biggrin

November 18th, 2005 - Added my collection of Purple Foxes!

November 15th, 2005 - Today I added a collection of multicolored mini-foxes! Aren't they precious? I also changed all my prices. They are higher now.. and you're probably thinking.. why? Well here is the thing. Originally this store was created over a year ago, and prices for things in the mini-shops were... well.. a LOT cheaper back then. I am noticing how much more expensive it is to buy things in the mini shops since back when this shop first existed, and in order for me to make enough money to make up for the things I buy in other people's shops, I needed to up my prices to reflect those changes. I don't think they are too expensive, especially when people are paying as much as 1k for unlimited supply graphics elsewhere. I hope everyone will understand. I'm just fluctuating with the economy and I think my new shop's new prices are pretty fair.

November 14th, 2005 - As of today I've been on Gaia for two years! Yowza!

November 11th, 2005 - No orders yet, but I have been adding links in my link post.. there are SO many awesome mini shops on Gaia. I love them all so much! Mini Shops is my favorite part of Gaia, no doubt. It's a concept you don't see at other forums... lots of adorable customized artworks.. very fun. I could browse them all day!

November 9th, 2005 - Happy 22nd Birthday to me! Somehow I felt inspired to re-open my fox shop on my birthday today.. no idea why really. I missed this shop. Basically there was a point on Gaia where a bunch of threads magically disappeared, and my fox shop was one of the threads to go bye bye. I wish I had my order history from then.. I also had all the random events listed that I had got on Gaia in the past. All that info is gone now. Oh well! Never too late to start anew.

Since I began my life on Gaia, I have spent much of my time with the wonderful members of The Flowers of Japan Foundation. Over the past couple of years I have made some wonderful friends there. They are the heart of my existence on Gaia and I thank every one of them for everything they've done for me.

Riven's Bizarre Menagerie of Purple Foxes
And now my unique collection of purple foxes! Why purple foxes? Well, I am crazy about the color purple.. I tend to buy a lot of adoptables that come in purple, and there happens to be a lot of people selling foxes.. or at least there used to be... I bought a few in purple and the habit just grew from there!

Above Gift: A purple fox from Away, the creator of kittybombs! She noticed I have a bit of an obsession with collecting purple foxes one day (This was a long time ago, she is on vacation right now!) and surprised me with this! Thank you, Away-san!

Riven's Wishes

As far as items go, there is not really anything I really want here on Gaia. However, that does not mean I do not have special wishes of my own!

My #1 Wish is for Avatar Art. I find that the really good avatar artists are pretty much impossible to get art from, unless you have an extremely HIGH amount of money, or an extremely HIGH amount of luck. Well.. I don't really have either.. sweatdrop ... so, I have never managed to get any really good commissions of my avatar.

The very last avatar looks very different because it was my 'original' avatar look, which was used primarily in the Flowers of Japan and is seen in some FoJ group artwork commissions.

No matter how my avatar changes, I will always have dark hair (either black, blue or purple in color). Items I am almost always wearing are Angelic Mini Wings, Emo Glasses, Winged Anklets and G Pin.

I am looking for artwork especially that is of a calibur I cannot really do on my own.. that is to say, in particular styles or just plain work that I cannot do well myself (I am also an artist). xD I mainly want painterly style CGs, and Vector Art.

My #2 Wish is for Purple Fox Art. As you can see, I have a little obsession with collecting purple foxes on Gaia. I'd love to have some really high quality custom purple fox artwork someday! But I also am crazy about well-done pixel artwork.

My #3 Wish is for a Breedable Pet. I have never managed to get one for the same reason as above. You need to get insanely lucky to get one at a flatsale.. and auctions? I don't do auctions. If I want to purchase something, I want to purchase it straight out. I'd prefer some kind of animal; my favorite creatures are dragons, wolves (especially arctic), cats (big ones like tigers especially) and foxes.
