Allowable Summons:
All right, there's a system here: Each summon has a certain numeric value, and there's a cap on the numeric value that a character can have, which is a value of 25. FFVII summons require their respective materia to be equipped. Keep in mind, once again, that characters can only have summons from the games they're in. Otherwise weird s**t, like Gilgamesh summoning Gilgamesh, might happen.
One summon per round is all I'm allowing (with certain exceptions in the FFVIII summons, read to find out), sorry guys. Even if you miss, that's all you get. Too powerful to manage, otherwise, so use them wisely. EDIT: Er, also exceptions in FFIX, if you're using Eiko or Garnet, who can use 2 per battle each, and in Tactics and V, if you're currently a summoner, in which case you can use up to 4 summons per battle.
Summons cannot be changed between battles. Once you choose 'em, you're stuck with 'em for the entire tournament. Multiple characters can have the same summons, but the same character cannot have two of the same summon. Why you'd want that is beyond me, but just in case you think it's cool or something.
In all likelihood, I am forgetting certain summons. If you want these, PM them to me, and I'll add 'em with a number value. If the number value of any summon seems unfair, PM me, and I'll probably edit it. Been a while since I played most of these.
Final Fantasy V:
Chocobo: 1
Sylph: 1
Remora: 1
Ifrit: 2
Shiva: 2
Ramuh: 2
Titan: 5
Golem: 6
Shoat*: 10
Carbuncle: 10
Hydra: 15
Leviathan: 17
Odin^: 15
Bahamut: 25
Phoenix: 20
*Shoat will have a one in two hundred chance of turning your opponent to stone, which will defeat them. This will be calculated by a judge.
^This Odin will operate the same as Final Fantasy VII's, in that either a light attack or an instant kill will take place when you summon him. Instant kill is a 1/120 chance occurance, and light attack is similar to Titan's. Only Seifer can survive the insta-kill.
Final Fantasy VI:
Kirin: 1
Siren: 1
Stray: 1
Ifrit: 2
Shiva: 2
Ramuh: 2
Unicorn: 3
Maduin: 7
Shoat*: 10
Phantom: 9
Carbuncle: 12
Bismark: 15
Golem: 10
Zoneseek: 10
Seraphim: 13
Palidor: 13
Fenrir: 9
Tritoch: 18
Terrato: 13
Starlet: 18
Alexander: 22
Phoenix: 20
Odin*: 15
Bahamut: 25
Raiden*: 25
*Odin works exactly the same as FFVII's and FFV's Odins. Crusader works in a similar manner, but the attack is now brought up to Maduin's standards, and the chances for insta-kill are now 1/90. Again, to be calculated by judges. Seifer can survive both of their insta-kills.
Final Fantasy VII:
Choco&Mog: 1
Ifrit: 2
Shiva: 2
Ramuh: 2
Titan: 4
Odin*: 10
Kjata: 10
Bahamut: 12
Alexander: 13
Neo Bahamut: 16
Leviathan: 17
Phoenix: 18
Hades: 20
Typoon: 22
Bahamut Zero: 25
*Odin's Gunge Lance is only about as powerful as Titan's attack for the purpose's of this tournament. His Steel Bladed Sword has a 1/120 chance of appearing when you summon him, which will be determined by the judges. It will defeat all characters except for FFVIII's Seifer.
Final Fantasy Tactics:
Moogle: 1
Ifrit: 2
Shiva: 2
Ramuh: 2
Titan: 4
Golem: 8
Carbunkle: 8
Bahamut: 23
Odin*: 18
Leviathan: 15
Salamander: 15
Sylph: 2
Lich: 10
Cyclops: 25
*If I remember correctly, Odin has attacks analagous to FFVII's version in Tactics. In this tournament, this version will only have a very powerful normal attack.
Final Fantasy VIII:
Quetzacotl: 3
Ifrit: 3
Shiva: 3
Siren: 3
Brothers: 5
Diablos: 18
Carbunkle: 5
Leviathan: 12
Pandemona: 13
Alexander: 15
Doomtrain: 18
Tonberry: 13
Cactuar: 20
Cerberus: 15
Bahamut: 25
Phoenix*: 15
Odin*: 15
Moomba: 2
Mini-mog: 1
Chocobo: 2
Gilgamesh^: 20
Griever: 25
Tiamat: 23
*Denotes summons that will only appear randomly. Odin has a 1 in 100 chance of appearing sometime during the battle, and will be controlled by a judge. FFVIII's Odin will automatically defeat anybody except for Seifer. Phoenix has a 1 in 20 chance of appearing upon your character's defeat, and will be controlled by a judge. Neither the appearance of Odin nor Phoenix will affect your ability to summon during the current battle.
^Gilgamesh will not have the Zantetsuken. His other three attacks will be determined by a random number generator, each having an equal chance to appear. For the purposes of this roleplay, Masamune will be an attack as powerful as FFVIII's Bahamut, Excalibur will have a medium attack (roughly equivalent to Leviathan's) and Excalipur will be equivalent to a scratch on your opponent's face. IE, it does nothing.
Final Fantasy IX:
Carbuncle: 8
Fenrir: 8
Phoenix: 20
Madeen: 24
Ark: 24
Atmos: 20
Bahamut: 20
Ifrit: 2
Leviathan: 14
Odin*: 15
Ramuh: 1
Shiva: 2
*Works exactly the same as FFV's, FFVI's, and FFVII's Odins.
Final Fantasy X:
Valefor: 3
Ifrit: 3
Shiva: 3
Ixion: 4
Bahamut: 20
Yojinbo: 20
Anima: 20
Note: I have not played FFX to the point where I have anything more than Valefor. I don't know the relative powers or weaknesses of any of these summons, and I don't know the ideas behind them. Yojinbo sounds like it might be Odin-esque, but I've really got no idea. If anybody could inform me, that'd be great. Thanks.
