Tucked away in the rainforest where the river from the artic lands splits into three, is where their little home lies. The shelter a large tree, many of the roots uplifted, the base of the trunk hallow, accessable through one side. Though small it left plenty of room for the small girl and he gaurdian to live.

Feathers were saved form Mii's breakfast of whatever poor songbird landed on their home and chipped in the way too early hours of the morning. It was nothing extravogant, just a little comfort to be placed beneath the fine straws plucked from the plains of the flatland. Though it was an extra long journy for the child, just knowing she did not have to sleep on the cold bumpy ground was enough of an incentive.

The area arrounding was dotted with large trees, the broad leaves blocking most of the sunlight, only a few rays filtered through and flickered against the ground. Various wild berries gre close by, Aja soon learned not ALL the berries Mii eats are okay for her to eat as well. The forest floor stayed moist most of the time for the frequent rains and mist, sometimes the mud so thick it was known to claim shoes!

Trees, although tall, had many branches close to the ground, or easy grooves to put your feet and hands as you climb. Sometimes tree's had vines which provided an extra grip for climbing ... or swinging.
