Have you ever wanted Winged Anklets, but you thought they clashed with your black outfit? Well, this is the petition for you! It's the Nitemare Anklets petition!

Nitemare Anklets would look like this ^, and be equipped the same way you equip Winged Anklets.
Rules:
1. No chatspeak.
2. Follow the Gaia TOS
3. If you have a picture you want to be your signiture, keep it at a reasonable size. If I feel your picture is too big, I will not use it and put your username instead.
4. No cybering.
