Like the newbies and questors, you are obligated to say the magic words and you are expected to since you will be setting an example for everyone else. 2. Please do not abuse your authority. You have given special privilages (i.e. putting people in the Hall of Shame) but this does not mean that you can just put everyone you dislike in the Hall of Shame, for example. A few of you will be able to access the mule account, please be honest and do not take anything from it! 3. Please inform ShieLi of any absences. You are not required to be here every single day but if you need to take at least a week off of managing the charity, please do tell her. It's only courteous and she will do the same. If you are just gone for a few days (1-5 days, tops) then you don't have to inform her. 4. Please remember that the charity will only be giving out one donation per person per month. 5. Please report any conflicts between staff members to ShieLi, though it is not required. If you decide to resolve this conflict yourselves, please take it outside the thread. If you choose to inform her, she will do her best to help you resolve any conflicts and she will also act as a mediator. 6. Being a staff member, you are also privileged to be granted certain favours. If you need a favour, don't hesitate to PM ShieLi and she will do her best to grant it.
