Welcome to the new world of Gaia Profiles!
The new profile system is here! We've got alot of new features that will kick your socks off, but keep in mind this is your first look at a new feature, and we're still trying to work out the kinks. wink
* Social Networking
With the new profile system it's really easy to browse through people's friends list, see who they are friends with, and learn all about other users (you can hide your friends list if you so choose).
* About Me.
We've added a little About Me section where you can tell other users a bit about yourself. BB-Code enabled, of course! smile
* Currently Equipped Items
Ever wish you could find out what someone was wearing? Now you can! Every profile now lists only what the user has equipped on their avatar. Click on an item that you're not sure about, and you're greeted with a full description of that item, with the ability to add it to your own wishlist. Non-Equipped items are still hidden...
* Quick access to Guilds, Recent posts, and User's store
Quick access shortcuts to see where other users have posted recently, what guilds they are a member of, and to see what each user is selling in their own store.
* Wishlist
idea The wish list is your place to highlight items you are interested in. You can also get in depth information on all items in Gaia now. Give it a shot, click on an item that somebody has equipped and try adding it to your Wish List. You can specify if the item status is Wanted, Questing, Donated, or Bought and whether you want other people to see the item in your Wish List.
* Comments
Love them, like them or hate them? Now you can leave a comment for any user and let them know what you think.
* Multimedia (flash only)
Like to play with flash? Have a short clip that you want to show to others? Post the url for it in the multimedia section. Multimedia falls under the same copyright guidelines as signatures. Multimedia can however be more thank 100kb in size.
