After a short break for most of the agents under Serena's supervision they have at last returned. Though there are two things which scare them, the fact that there's a traceless serial killer on the loose who goes after women ages 15-20 and males ages 25-30. Not only that but the kidnapping and hostage situation of a senator.

Chief has moved the agents to anther building, everything getting situated. Yet something else has happened, Chief was willing to give up her life to get the bomb back but it proved to be an unsuccessful attempt. Now, Chief's brain isn't responding, she's either slowly dieing from the inside out or will be in a comma and the doctors don't know for how long. Now that the Chief is out of the picture everyone else must do what they can to find that bomb. The bomb is still at large and a huge crime organization is looking into finding the one who has hold of it and buying it. What will they choose to do with it if they get there hands on it? We don't know, it's all up to the new crime lord who was once known as Rio, has moved under a new name and has been scratched from FBI.

The FBI building no longer exists. It was burnt from the inside out, so far the suspects are the prisoners, but..could it be more then that? Could some one of the FBI do that on purpose? Or what? Chief is back in command, but she's hallucinating, and hasn't told anyone. These may lead to something unpleasant, Rio's been shot, he's in a nearly unstable condition. Jeff and Halie caught three prisoners who were making a break to freedom but failed, and were forced to bring them to the local police department knowing the building and the holding blocks no longer exist. They haven't been able to find Chief, so there not sure if she had ever thought o something like this happening...

Time, a factor that can't be wasted in the little about of time they have left. Still no word on the nuke, fear is striking up. The mastermind behind the attack is one of the most creative and smartest the FBI's ever known of. Chief has been reinstated and Smith has been arrested for treason. Even with Chief back they're still set back. What will happen when they find out who the mastermind is? Are they in fact.....to late?

Chief still hasn't been brought in, now she's being protected by one of the largest gangs in the state, and one of the richest. The nuke is still out there, homeland had slowed everything down, now Jeff and Steven are following up on a lead. But, can it be to late? Is the nuke already probed and ready to launch? Will the suspicions rise when Smith's highest propriety is finding the Serena (the chief) instead of the bomb? The remaining agents who were once under Serena's leader ship will have to find a way to stop it all. But, rumours have it that there's a bug in the FBI. Who may it be? Are the suspicions true?

Chief and Jeff have gotten the canisters of toxic gas away from the public. But now, Chief's been arrested and is being interrogated for murder and treason. Though, not even Jeff knows who she murdered or how she's being charged with treason. The only person who knows anything about this is Smith. He's the one who put out the search warrant and who is charging her with treason and murder. Now a man has come for Chief for a reason, why and how did he get into the building? Is unknown...what he wants with her? Also unknown. Everything the FBI has done, is slowing down under the control of a new director and because of homeland security.

A day or so ago a bomb made by an unknown man. Has killed one of the FBI, now two members are dead, Agent Sasuma and Agent O'hare. The whole FBI agentsy has been startled by this, weather they like it or not they have to put it off. The nuclear device is still out there. Now because of the two dead agents, the Chief has gone cold. She's become impatient and is trying not to let her emotions get to her as the bomb continues to go missing, and every hour they waste counts. Everything at the FBI has gone wrong lately. Many innocent deaths of agents and by standers. The FBI is more determined to find the bomb. Even if that means making enemies with the CIA. The people that work at the FBI headquarters are going to get he bomb back, trying not to let innocent people die for it. But that's going to be hard as the leader of the group of international terrorists is determined to make the Chief and FBI pay.

It's a tall unmarked building. Everything inside and out high tech. There are bullet proof windows. There's a metal detector before you enter the building there are guards every where if you pull out a gun and point it at an agent they won't hesitate on killing you. There are auto machine guns that are around the building if you sneak in. There are camera's every where.There's pretty much anything you need. There's a shooting range, weapon room, Squad cars and under cover cars. There's a lobby there's room's for on call agents. Anything you need for your mission or not it will be here.
