Two methods of how to assist me in keeping this sticky up-to-date:
- Reporting: Please use the main Forum to report glitches and bugs in regards to GAIA Online, or to the appropriate sticky if staff have one up or the such. Please do not use this thread, as I have pretty much found myself not with the time nor patience to browse through reports people post in my sticky due to so many of them essentially being repeats and problems already listed.
- How to report: To report a glitch, the most I can say is when reporting in the forum, please use this sticky as your guiding light in how to report:
How to report a Bug/Glitch
Before reporting: PLEASE always make sure to review my Sticky (Not the entire thing, perhaps just the latest updates and the category in which you think the glitch would be listed under) and also the Q&A Problems Sticky, as if its listed already, there is no reason to report it again
If you are a bit too lazy to read through, try the new Glitch List Searcher feature to search for certain keywords.
After reporting: PLEASE do be patient, this is an extremely slow forum, as its stated in the rules, perhaps while you wait for myself or perhaps someone else to come along with a useful answer, please maybe take time to read over the BR&TS Rules and Guidelines Sticky so you know what to expect and what to/not to do
Informing: If there IS a glitch that IS on the list, which has been resolved, or you've thought you may have found a workaround or developed one yourself, you may contact me via PM to inform me about the fact that it is no longer a problem or post in this topic to inform me.
If you see a glitch that people have been reporting which however is NOT on the list, please do not contact me by PM or post it in this topic
I may be slow sometimes with updates to this sticky, but will get it listed as soon as I can.
Anything listed under the "Major" lists are usually critical problems that are most likely being worked on immediately by the developers staff.
These problems can often totally effect your online experience on the site either by making a feature completely unusable or multiple features unusable.
Anything listed under the "Minor" lists are issues that are still annoying and bothersome, but do not make the feature unavailable at all, as much as it just causes a certain portion of it to work incorrectly
