User Image

This is my first attempt to make a guide for Gaia.

Seeing how there were none for Bug Catching, I wanted to be the first. If you have any more information, then please by all means send it to me so I can add it. 3nodding

If you have any information that I'm missing, or find an error in my information, please post it or pm me. PM preferable cause I read all pm's sent to me.

Ink!

You are now able to trade in your bugs for Ink. The first step in acquiring your ink is to get to Moria's shop.

User Image

Then, teleport to Durem.

User Image

Near the bottom left of the screen will be Moria's shop, click it to enter.

User Image

Underneath Moria will be two buttons, click the one that says "Exchange Bugs".

User Image

You will then be presented with the exchange screen. This screen shows you all the bugs/inks you already have on the bottom, and any ink you can currently trade/make in the middle. There are many mores inks than what is shown in this example picture. The other inks will be explained later in this post. To continue, click on an Ink you want to make.

User Image

Each bug is used for a certain color. The exception to this rule are the rare bugs which will be explained later in this post.

As said earlier, each bug (except for rares) is used for a certain color. If you have multiple bugs that arn't the same type, but are the same color, then you can do a "Multiple Item Trade". User Image

You will then be presented with a confirmation screen not unlike the one from the "Direct Trade". If you do wish to trade your bugs in, click "Yes".

User Image

Congratulations! You have made a Multiple Item Trade. Now onto a "Special Offer Trade".

This is where rare bugs come in for Ink trade in. If you have any rare bugs in your inventory when you go to the Exchange screen, you will see a new option, "Special Offer Trade". You can exchange your rare bugs for what else? Rare inks (note: some rare bugs give common inks). The special offer in a "Special Offer Trade" is you only need -1- rare bug to be able to trade. Click "Exchange" under the "Special Offer Trade" to continue.

User Image

You will then be presented with a Confirmation Screen. Click "Yes" to trade your rare bug in for ink.
