Welcome to Other World! You must've lead a good life if King Yema said you could keep your body. I will be RPing the role of the Grand Kai on this thread. You can do one of two things while you are here. You can either train with King Kai to learn the Kaio-Ken, Spirit Bomb, or Instant Transmission, or you can come & train with me. As the Grand Kai I offer theFusion Dance & Dragon Fist techniques.

As Kami did in the Living World, I will be awarding points of power that you gain while on Other World or on King Kai's planet. Because of the superior training on Other World, and the 10x gravity on King Kai's planet, you should gain points of power at a slightly faster pace at either location than you would in the Living World..
(The role of King Kai is RPed by whoever is visiting him just as Roshi & Tien were. No one can RP the role of the Grand Kai except for me.)

Depending on the number of people who are dead, tournaments may be held. If you are wished back to life & have not completed your training you may continue training with King Kai or myself in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber on Planet Earth. However, it's Kami's call if you can use it or not.

Now since you reached the right power level you can choose what you want to learn right now. What do you want to learn Ka-o-kan or spirit bomb?(king kai)

I would want to learn the ka-o-ken technique if that is alright.

Fine to learn this technique increase your power level until you reach your max power level. Then try to keep it there for as long as you can and when your body is used to containing that amount of power say the technique and how much you want to increase your power level.(King kai)
