Yes. I want to rate people. Read the rules first.
Rules and Other Information:
I AM BRUTALLY HONEST WHEN I RATE. I rarely give above an 8. This is just pre-information for your own psychological health. I tend to give comments, but not for everything
1. I do not want a rating. I'm a 10/10, no matter how you look at it. If you choose to tell me otherwise, I'll just delete your post, and your opinion is insignificant.
2. Don't argue with my rating. I'm a tough one to impress. But you asked for it, and I told you my opinion. Put your big kid panties on and suck it up.
3. I don't want other people rating. Unless I like you. There will be a list of people that I trust to rate others.
4. Don't advertise. It's freaking obnoxious, and I'll delete your post. I am not interested in your stuff. Nor is anyone else in this thread. If I like you enough, though, and you have established a thread, I will make a post with links to other threads.
5. Don't tell me this is the wrong forum. I have been on gaia long enough, and am perfectly aware that this is a whole subforum dedicated to avatar talk. This is the chatterbox. If you read the title on the forum page underneath "Chatterbox" this is where you can post just about anything. I'm not breaking any rules. I am allowed to have a rating thread here. Unless, of course, a mod tells me otherwise.
6. Don't RP too much. A little is fine, but please, keep it at a minimum.
7. I apologize if I miss you, or just don't rate you. Please don't keep posting asking for a rating. I have a very busy life outside of gaia, too, and my life does not revolve around anime, videogames, or gaia. Which leads to the next rule:
8. Don't harass me or keep posting if I don't rate you right away, or even at all. That is explained in the previous rule thing.
9. Being new does not mean bending the scale for you. Well that's pretty self-explanatory. If you come in wearing nothing, that's the rating you get. 0. Nothing. I am not lenient because you are new. Go buy an outfit, come back, and try again.
10. I can be biased. Yes. Wow. I'm human, give me a break. Sorry.
11. Don't stretch the page. Just don't.
12. Don't quote the introduction posts.
13. I will not rate your sig, GAV creations, pictures, etc. That is not you. I will not rate it.
14. It is okay to use the new post styles and what not. But please don't over-do it. It makes conversation extremely hard to follow, and I don't want a bajillion posts of you rolling dice, and of your friends, your inventory, whatever.
Don't worry; you don't have to read beyond this first post, unless you're in the avi contest, or are just purely interested in what else I have to say.
Disclaimer: If I like you enough, you can probably break any of these rules. I'm so good to my friends.
