neutral - I would much rather you pay in advance, if possible. D: There’s a lot of trust involved there (although I don't accept until you have the finished product), but I’d rather not spend the time and effort to be stiffed. (By the way, I'll send you a bill or negotiate a price. x3; It's a lovely gesture, but there may be something I'd charge a little extra for or knock the price down on (more likely), so it'd probably be easier to wait it out. O:
pirate - I will draw canon characters (anthro-ized) if you like. C: Regular prices apply. I can draw movie characters and whatnot, but don't request me to draw another artist's character without their consent. (:
domokun - I also do quad animals and carnivorous plants. O:
whee - I love it when you're descriptive. <3 I don't see it as picky; I see it as involved. If you have a clear image of what you'd like, describe it to me, top to bottom, inside out. Critique. Comment. Don't just sit there going, "yep, yep, it's fine." (: I should also point out that if you don't have any firm ideas (particularly with traditional media) I'll pester you to death with questions, experiments, and options. xD
cool - If you can describe your character like you’re talking to a blind man, I might draw him or her without a reference. But reference pictures get you major brownie points. xD
surprised - I don't really care if you want brains or artful nudity in your picture, but I can't draw either very well and it's *your* virtual money. : D So whatever. Just nothing pornographic.
biggrin - I kind of decided bribes are okay. <3 In some cases.

There's some basic math involved here, but don't worry about it. O: I'll total up the bill for you (as well as add and remove costs where I see fit). Feel free to double-check, though.

A: Nah. If I do any freebies, it'll be for a friend, and not by request.

A: I can't draw peopleee. DDD: I'm really sorry. I'm struggling to come up with a stylized human that looks remotely humanoid, but until I'm more comfortable with people.. it's not happening. Plus, it wouldn't be Anime. .3.

Q: What program do you use?
A: I use MS Paint and Photoshop.. :3 Often a mix of both.
