Hi there... when I logged off Gaia two nights ago I had no problems with the bank at all... In fact I had just placed 4 things on the market..
Then when I logged on to Gaia yesterday I noticed that all 4 items had been sold, wich was great, so naturally I went to the market to place 4new items there BUT... It just threw me the message that I had unfinished trades in the bank. So I went to the bank.. and somehow I had sent a trade request to an admin (wich I don't remember anything about IF I have really done it, it was not deliberatly) so I went to the bank and tried to open the trade to cansel it but it just said

'Your trade window is empty. You cannot start a trade with an empty trade window. Click here to try again.'

I have tried clicking various times yesterday and today but with the same result...It refreshes the page.
So is this bug going to be fixed soon so I can place items on the market again?
or is there something I can do to make it work again??

Have you tried again tonight? Most people are saying that error has been fixed now. ^^

I was getting that error yesterday. I need to give someone back their AFK, but I'm hesitant at trying, given that I really don't want to risk losing the contents of my inventory. sweatdrop

Lost a few items and I think its due to the bank glitch. I lost jack'd pants, OMFG hat, and a Flame glove. There might be more because my inventory is too big to keep track >.<

It wouldn't be the same error as others are experiencing. Losing three items can't be compared to the decimation of an entire inventory.

Will have it looked into though. ^^;

What 'page' were the problem items were on, or did you use the 'view all items' tab? my problems were on the trading page and yes i used the "view all items tab

If there was any gold in the trade. Yes there was gold

Additionally, as much information as you can include about what you tried, whether or not your trade eventually went through, etc..

where my items are it just shows the html codeing and won't let me click on my item to put it in the box.Also the shop items are doing the same thing to me.I am using internet explorer and i deleted my cookies.

I missed this before. Please refer to the problems sticky. Your problem is probably a Norton/Symantec firewall, and there's a thread in bugs&Tech subforum dealing with that. ^^;

sweatdrop That's a clothing glitch, not a bank glitch. It's known... and the place to report it is in the Avatar 2.0 Q&F subforum.

Note: If you were previously getting the general error message, on a trade that was already started, you may need to cancel the trade now in order to proceed without receiving that message. If you are unable to cancel a trade and get this message when editing/confirming, please re-post.

Notes

Notes for reference:

The general error "Your trade window is empty. You cannot start a trade with an empty trade window. Click here to try again." which was keeping anyone from starting trades, etc.. should be fixed now. If anyone is still getting this, please re-post.

I was trading with a friend. I hit the button to confirm and send trade and the item "Jingle Bells" was deleted/lost. Checked out Pending trades and it said there was "no Active trades at this time". I checked my items in my profile and it wasn't there. figured if my friend didn't have it maybe it didn't go through with the trade. Thats about all i can say, i didn't even know the bank was having problems. xp

Did you start the trade? Or did you add this to a trade she started?

Was the Jingle Bells the item being traded, or was it something in your inventory that disappeared when you tried to trade something else?

Can SHE see the trade on her end in pending trades?

I lost my Pitchfork ... It just dissapeared from my inventory after i cancelle a trade ... what do i have to do to get the itme back cause it's item is worth 10k ... as you would probrably know ... but anyways that is quite an amount of money for me ... What can I/you do to restore this ...

I just traded my friend 400g and a Flower on my Head for an Arrow in my Head and when i went to try it on, I found all my items in my inventory are gone! my avi still has them on but they are no longer in my inventory! what happened?! i lost my zorro mask, emo glasses, jacked-up cape and sealed envelope because of this to! gonk crying

mine was when i tried to buy something at the marketplace or when i finished a bid, i didnt get the item and when i bought it it said the vending table was locked
