Foolish's Black Bow Tie Quest!

Hello, I am Foolish, and I am now questing for the illustrious Black Bow Tie. I have been enamored with this item for a *long* time and with the 'fro out, and the tux on, it just can't wait any longer. I can get myself at least half way, so I am asking Gaia's kind hearted benefactors to give me a little bit of an assist, whether in the form of a monetary donation or bumping or helping to find a seller, any sort of help would be greatly appreciated!

I have once or twice before quested for items, though this is the first time I have done so for an item to keep for myself, and I would consider myself a beginner to the quest process, so if a Questing reg wants to give me some tips that would be awesome also.

As a final note in the introduction here, yes I have some expensive items, this is because I have been around here for quite some time, I would *really* not like to lose my headphones to get this bow tie, I will be putting up most of the price of the Bow Tie, namely I *will not* take donations beyond 49% of the price, if that problem arises XD.
