Alright, so I logged on today. (This is literally everything I have done since I sat down on my laptop about ten minutes ago, by the way. So I really don't understand what's going on here.)

Anyways, logged on. Looked at my avi and decided to make a new one, or maybe edit an old one. Opened up the Avatar Builder, and checked out some armor. Saw something cool, realized it was a cash shop item. I then opened the Cash Shop in a new tab, the item wasn't there anymore. Then, I opened the Marketplace in a new tab, and looked for the item. I found it, damn expensive, I can't afford it right now.

Oh hey, a sale on GC. I shall get some. I buy some, because why not, it's my money. And when Gaia reloads from the paypal screen, I see I have two messages. Weird, I only usually get one.

I click on it and I received the usual, you bought GC, yadda yadda. But I also got a PM from the admin saying:

This is to inform you that your trading and vending actions have been blocked by the Administration.
The reason for this is as follows: Suspicious payment activity.
The Date and Time of the action is: Tue Dec 01, 2015 12:31 pm

For further clarification, I asked about this in AtS today.
It's just a new system which they have implemented in order to protect against payment fraud and/or credit card theft.

Yes, just wait it out. As Valenas mentioned in the thread which Dalia linked, the staff are immediately notified about when your pass gets locked.
They don't always have someone online 24/7 to deal with these sorts of things though, so it may take a few hours.
